Abstract: In the article the strengths of the knowledge representation frame model and the ways of their use during the construction of the knowledge base for the information security expert system are discussed. Abstract: The article describes the original software tools for an experimental estimation of computational complexity of software solutions for problems on graph models of systems. 23. Coevolutionary algorithm for constrained and multiobjective optimization problems [№4 за 2010 год]

Abstract: Coevolutionary algorithm is a self-tuned optimization procedure based on genetic algorithms. Algorithm adaptation for constrained and multiobjective optimization problems and its efficiency investigation are considered. It is demonstrated that coevolutionary algorithm is not less effective than best for problem-in-hand individual conventional algorithm for constrained one-objective optimization problems and coevolutionary algorithm is as effective as average individual algorithm for multiobjective optimization problems.

25. Software package for structural similarity analysis of systems taking placement of fragments into account [№4 за 2010 год]

Abstract: We introduce the original software tools for building and analysis of the stratified system of structural complexity and similarity models. The models are based on the characterization of placement of fragments in a system topology. The software tools are implemented as a subsystem of the integrated research environment «Graph Model Workshop» and are used in studies of equality and tolerance relations of various graph models of systems.

Abstract: Aim of this work was to develop software package for analysis of genomic profiles of positional weight matrices. By genomic profile author means a histogram, that is build for density of binding sites distribution found with this matrix. Software allows to build genomic profiles for different matrices and search cutoffs. It was found experimentally that matrix profile is independent on given cutoffs.

29. Prediction based on the allocation of border implementations of dynamic systems [№4 за 2010 год]

Abstract: The paper proposes two methods for predicting complex signal based on multilayer perceptron and SVM. The length of training set for the predictor is based on the allocation of border implementations of dynamic systems in the signal, in order to use for learning the last fragment of the signal with the quasi-stable dynamic. This change-point is found in the local fractal dimension of the signal. The presented methods were developed in software package.

30. H.264 video coding standard [№4 за 2010 год]

Abstract: Novel video coding artifacts concealment method is proposed in this paper. Main idea for deblocking is to use basic deblocking algorithms and reconstruct grain that present in many video sequences captured by professional analog cameras. Proposed method makes it possible to decrease blocking artifacts perceptibility and to mask imperfections for deblocking algorithms results. Proposed algorithm result analysis was performed with the help of SAMVIQ methodology for subjective video quality assessments.
