31. Conceptual basis for developing trainig models of a complex software system assembling generator [№1 за 2018 год]

Abstract: The paper presents a conceptual basis for developing training prototypes of an interactive assembling system for automatic building of application software systems. This basis was obtained during practical works in such courses as “Software systems design and architecture” and “Object-oriented analysis and design”. Software systems generation is based on the Theory of program schemes concepts, its standard structural schemes and program engineering methodologies. Assembling occurs in user interaction on a professional language. The professional dialogue language is based on the concept of intellectual interface and comprises a combination of a strictly programmed dialogue and a free scripted dialogue. The purpose of the system is practical demonstration of basic stages and operations when developing complex software according to a layout-modelling approach to software engineering briefly summarized in the paper. The paper also includes formulations and solutions for some important problems of complex software systems generation, such as program module compatibility, formalization of computer interaction and choosing formal models for human-machine interface. The authors propose a specific system architecture that allows expanding the system with process plugins when collecting incompatible software modules, which are written in different languages and require diverse libraries, to make them compatible. The paper presents systemized formal and informal models of human-computer interaction. In addition, there are three training prototype implementations for selected models: model based on the game theory, a tensor network model and a graph-based model.

32. The software of the automated training control system for operators of ergotechnical radio-electronic means [№1 за 2018 год]

Abstract: The balance between duration of open and traditional training depends on the adequacy of computer training systems and telecommunication capabilities. It is important to note that technical costs of telecommunication means can reduce the adequacy of computer training systems in network performance. The main reason of the conflict between the as-sessments of proficiency levels of operators who trained at computer training systems and at standard equipment are unaccounted skills caused by the inadequacy of computer training systems in relation to standard equipment, which leads to a conflict of determining curricula. Consequently, the paper presents software for an automated training control system for operators of ergotechnical electronic equipment. The software consists of separate modules. There is a possibility of their expansion and modernization. The software for operators’ training planning and evaluation of equipment adequacy allow creating individual training curricula for electronic equipment operators by the minimum cost criterion. The program of defining a system relations structure (Schedule TR) allows automating the analysis of application conditions of systems for various purposes and identifying individual learning plans for a particular specialist. The program of evaluating the adequacy of the automated information system of developing an ergotechnical complex, which has the Adequacy TR hierarchical structure, is based on the remote survey using telecommunication means for trainees who completed the training course, which included computer training systems and standard equipment. The program of defining meaningful components of training exercises and training plans is developed to automate the correction for selected operations and specified RF conditions of operating radio electronic means of appropriate curriculum meaningful components. According to selected training means and the number of trainings on each training tool, it corrects appropriate meaningful components of a curriculum during training of operators. The program “The system of objective operating control of actions of DIA information system operators” provides an operational objective control of operators’ action. The training planning control program for specialists of ergotechnical systems (“Information conflict-proof automated system for rational planning of practical training for operators of DIA radio electronic objects”) allows automating operators’ training management using the computer training systems.

33. A software complex for designing unburned monomeneral composites [№1 за 2018 год]

Abstract: The paper presents a software complex to control the synthesis of unburned building composites based on monomineralic raw materials and industrial wastes of composites, as well as separate software products to design components and process parameters. The authors apply a new approach to the design of building product raw mixtures, which makes it possible to reduce energy and resource costs in production by organizing the production of gypsum materials excluding expensive operations (technological transfers), such as raw materials baking to obtain binder and heat treatment of finished products (drying). The use of such production, which excludes the stage of obtaining a mineral binder from natural or man-made raw materials, makes it possible to significantly simplify the technological process of obtaining building materials, while reducing their production costs. It also allows using in a construction industry the waste from mining and sawing natural stone materials that are not suitable for their physical and mechanical characteristics to obtain traditional binders. The possibility of obtaining unburned materials is based on using a mechanism of non-hydration hardening of two-water gypsum. For this purpose, it is necessary to ensure the selection of an optimal granularity composition with the possibility to manage corrective and preventive actions operatively. The efficiency of the process is determined by the limiting stage organization. It is the design process that is a solution to a complex multicriterion task. Another criterion is feedback establishment, i.e. information control and analysis at the relevant stages of a technological process. The design complex assumes using separate software products that are necessary to determine structure characteristics of the non-hydration hardening system, selection of the required granularity composition of a raw mixture and the press powder optimum moisture, assignment of technological regimes based on forecasting the finished product properties.

34. Development of a software package for the registration of laboratory animals [№1 за 2018 год]

Abstract: Research in molecular genetics are associated with accumulation and storage of a large amount of data obtained during experiments. The collected data are used for further analysis and validation of the study results. Currently global projects and resources for storage and processing genome sequencing results are developing (such as "Human Genome", "1000 Genomes" and others). Such projects provide data and research to a wide range of users. However, every study needs its own storage format and software for processing these data. When people work with living organisms at the laboratory, they need to organize animals registration, considering the norms and standards applicable in this field. The software system for this purpose should be consistent with the research objectives and provide the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive data analysis and reporting. This article describes a software system for recording laboratory animals, which is suitable for research carried out by the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics of the innate immunity of Petrozavodsk State University. In addition to the storing data on animals, the system includes the methods of storage and visualization of the animals’ pedigree that allows tracking changes in animal’s genotype for several generations. The proposed system allows analyzing animal survival and making statistical processing of data genotyping. This program provides a record of all laboratory animals involved in the experiment, the animal ancestors and descendant’s record. It also provides the animal genetic data basic statistical processing possibility and contains various reference books and reports, a user-friendly interface. Currently, the software system is put into operation. The database contains data on more than 5,000 animals.

35. Anomaly prediction in tensioning devices operation of a color coating line of metal under conditions of small number of failures [№1 за 2018 год]

Abstract: The article presents an anomaly prediction model in tensioning devices operation in a color coating line of metal based on the Random Forest machine-learning algorithm with a minimum of precedents in a training data. The task of the machine-learning algorithm is to predict a normal signal for each motor current using signal values in the current time interval from other motors. Random Forest is used to build models that predict the normal operation of equipment. The model is trained on the data from equipment sensors during its operation. The model is tuned on the data of previous failures of tensioning devices. In order to detect failures, the model analyzes the difference in the readings of the actual and forecast signals at each time point with the selected interval. The article describes the stages of constructing the model, presents the scheme of a color coating line, and gives information on tuning the model in software specially designed to predict anomalies in the operation of tensioners of a color coating line for metal. There is the developed approach that allows implementing the developed forecasting models at an enterprise quickly and effectively. There is a special translator script to re-train the model quickly in R language and convert the model to C# classes (in which the software is developed). The developed model makes it possible to monitor the unit operation effectively and automatically inform a repair unit supervisor in case of anomalies in electric motor operation.

36. Architecture and algorithms of the intellectual support system for household sector functioning control process [№1 за 2018 год]

Abstract: The paper presents the structure of the intellectual support system to manage a household sector functioning process. The sector interacts with other sectors incorporated within the multi-sectoral macroeconomic system in general. As a controlled object the paper considers functioning of a multi-sectoral macroeconomic system that includes four sectors (real sector, financial institutions and general government sectors, as well as household sector decomposed to regional clusters) and three macroeconomic markets (amenities market, labour market, and money market). The management system structure consists of three management levels. The first management level is based on the feedback control approach and includes computation algorithms of balanced planned rates of population resource earnings and expenditures in the built regional clusters. It is designed for adjusting behaviour of economic sectors during implementation of primary functional processes. The second management level is based on the adaptation principle and is designed for adjusting planned rates of resource expenditures by economical sectors considering a household sector cluster decomposition based on the information on volumes of accumulated resources of the economical sectors, including regional clusters of the household sector; as well as information on the current level of minimum subsistence level, price levels on the amenities markets, labour market, and money market. The third management level corresponds with the level of governmental control over economy in income policy. It is based on the situational management principle and considers controlling actions in fiscal policy and income policy correspondingly. In order to implement controlling actions at this level, intellectual data analysis algorithms and models should be used, as well as connectionist and neuro-fuzzy models and techniques. The structure of the intellectual support system to manage functioning process of the household sector can be used in the software development for decision making support and simulation MMES system including formation of its major functional components and teir interconnections.
