Abstract: Simulation model of regulation of households expenditures and incomes functioning as a part of macroeconomic circulation simulation system is developed. Model provides to perform researches of fiscal policy efficiency in dynamics with account of sector’s stocks changes. Comparison of progressive and proportional fiscal methods is executed, their influence on households wealth is analyzed.

34. Modeling of vortex wake in the problem of air traffic management [№1 за 2011 год]

Abstract: This paper describes generalized parametric model of aircraft’s vortex wake evolution. It contains computation results of vortex wake parameters for different aircraft types. New algorithm for wake vortex avoidance based on the proposed model is developed. Algorithm simulates vortex pattern dynamically and can be used in intelligent multiagent approach to the air traffic management system development.

36. Task of definition of group of risk for homogeneous transport units [№1 за 2011 год]

Abstract: The method of the discriminantal analysis, allows to construct the linear discriminantal function dividing all homogeneous transport units (THOSE) on two groups with the purpose of an estimation of risk of their existence or bankruptcy depending on the basic parameters of financial and economic activity. For homogeneous THAT (port, the terminal, a cargo platform, etc.) the present work is devoted to the decision of a problem of construction of model of definition of group of risk.

39. Methods and models of underground engineer communications laying way choice in conditions of urban locality [№1 за 2011 год]

Abstract: The article highlights problems of optimal engineer communications laying way choice based on input data described in technical requirements specification. 2 alternatives are considered – open laying or pipe driving. Main stages of choice are described. They are based on use of built decision tree in order to narrow list of possible ways and then use of fuzzy programming method based on narrowed list of alternatives.

40. Software for strength analysis of solids with inclusions [№1 за 2011 год]

Abstract: In this article the modified version of the «Superposition» software is presented. This program complex is used for account of stress distribution in elastic and viscoelastic solids with rigid inclusions and holes under the conditions of finite plane strains.
