Abstract: In the article is offered the algorithm of an operational administration for liquidation of emergency consequences and emergency situations on objects of destruction of chemical weapon. Mathematical statement of the problem by calculation of optimum values of operating parameters - means, on systems of extreme reaction is carried out. The algorithm of an operational administration is developed for a case of explosive destruction of a cover of capacities and reactors.

Abstract: Currently, methods for solving practical problems using the technology of neural networks are widely used in various fields of science and technology. The objectives are being successfully resolved neural networks at this stage of development include the formation of models and various nonlinear and difficult to describe mathematically systems, forecasting the development of these systems over time, the application in production, as well as diagnosis and prediction of emergency situations in complex technical systems.

33. Development of algorithm for optimum control of growth of a biomass of seaweeds [№3 за 2010 год]

Abstract: The model describing process of growth of a biomass of seaweed depending on light exposure and concentration of biogenes is considered. The algorithm realized in medium Borland Delphi Enterprise Version 7.0 (Build 4.453) is developed for definition of optimum control by growth of a biomass of seaweeds.

Abstract: This work is devoted to development of computer methods for prediction of HuR binding sites. This RNA-binding protein HuR binds to specific regions of mRNA, which are usually located in 3’-UTR and are AU-reach (ARE). In this work we have implemented RNA secondary structure analysis and applied to analysis of experimental date provided by St. Laurent Institute.

Abstract: The paper deals with a new method of constructing codeword of space-time-frequency (STF) codes that is less complex compared. The author presents the substantiation of the method and considers the example of constructing a codeword of STF code in accordance with the method proposed. The general idea is to construct a generating matrix code to the main characteristics of the MIMO-systems.
