Abstract: The technique of the computer analysis for distance between pearlite colonies calculation in the pearlitic steel eutectoid colonies is offered, allowing to automate process of processing of microstructures. Formulas for a quantitative estimation of the microstructures, using integrated dependences for various intervals of change of distance between pearlite colonies are offered.

Abstract: The problem of an estimation of efficiency of manufacturing of products on highly automated equipment is considered. As the decision the technique of use of the mathematical models received during research for calculation of parameters of efficiency of industrial systems is offered. The program complex allowing the user is developed, on the basis of the revealed dependences, to reduce time of decision-making at a choice of optimum variant of industrial system or manufacturing techniques of a product.

Abstract: In article it is shown that purposeful accumulation and the analysis of the data about the failures accompanying them factors and circumstances are necessary for forecasting of kinds of the most possible failures. For the decision of a problem of forecasting of failures possibility and prospect of application of the theory of recognition of images is shown. On the elementary example the approach to forecasting of the reasons of possible failures of pipelines on set of supervision over breakdown susceptibility and factors accompanying failures is developed and illustrated.

Abstract: A number of mathematical models is developed for calculation of a wide set of laser-radar and alarm characteristics of objects. The models are included in a modeling complex and function with databases of objects, coats, backgrounds, physical accompanying objects flight phenomena and atmosphere characteristics. On a basis of mathematical models on the computer by authors for a number of years are developed the information calculations systems, adaptive to a wide range of the problems related to designing laser radar systems.
