The paper describes the software, which the authors developed. It is for solving the problem of finding the kinetic parameters of chemical reactions. In the conditions of modern industrial production, meth-ods of mathematical modeling of chemical-technological processes are widely used, which allow solv-ing the problems of forecasting and optimizing production at the stage of a computational experiment. To solve these problems, we need the mathematical description of the chemical process, which relies on the construction and observation of the kinetic model of the chemical reaction. The relevance of software development for solving the problem of searching for kinetic parameters of chemical reactions is due to large computational and time costs. The software developed by the au-thors uses the differential evolution method and allows calculating the values of preexponential factors and activation energies of the user-entered reaction from the experimental values of the concentrations of substances. Based on the found kinetic parameters, the authors construct a kinetic reaction model and solve the direct kinetic problem. The calculation results are in numerical and graphical form. For appraisal the proximity of the obtained solution of the direct problem with the experimental results, there are the experimental and numerical values of the concentrations of substances, as well as the val-ues of the relative errors of the concentrations on one graph. Software package approbation of the kinetic parameters calculation was the case of the phthalic an-hydride reaction. In view of the results, there were implications about the satisfactory agreement of the experimental data with the concentrations calculated because of the calculated kinetic parameters. We can use the software tool during the computational experiments in scientific and production la-boratories at the design and modernization stages of chemical processes.

Continuously increasing amounts of textual information makes the problem of semantic text pressure more and more important. Relations between discursive markers in a text set the hierarchy, which al-lows solving the various text-processing problems in natural language, including the problem of the au-tomatic gist abstracting from high-cube text. This article describes the original method of auto reviewing of scientific and technical texts based on rhetorical analysis and using topic modeling. The suggested method combines the usage of a linguis-tic knowledge base, graph representation of texts and machine learning. There is a topic modeling for the detection of essential terms. First, there is a producing of unigram topic models. They contain only one-word terms. Further, these is an expansion of these models by adding multiword terms. The determination of the most important fragments of the source document are in the process of rhetorical analysis with the help of discursive markers. Representation of texts in the form of graphs helps to demonstrate the transformation with the text necessary to extract important fragments. In assessing the importance of text fragments, keywords, multiword terms, and scientific lexicon characterizing scientific and technical texts are also conceded. The creating of the linguistic knowledge base was for the data storage markers. The final step of developing abstract is smoothing – a procedure that makes the text of the summary more coherent and consistent. As the experiments showed, the proposed method is effective and can be adapted for processing texts of different subjects in other languages.

There is a developed software to assess the status and the region management efficiency. Management efficiency is a topical problem of modern global management. The software package uses the tool "polar indexes" for work. It offers 3 basic calculations: the current state as-sessment of the region as a whole and separately for sub-systems (economic, social, ecological); assessment of re-gion management efficiency, when there are only those indicators whose values can be changed by management decisions; modeling the state change of the region with minimal financial costs. In contrast to the existing software systems, this complex uses the polar indices tool, which allows to take into account not only the "positive" indicators, i.e. directly proportional to the overall index, but also the "negative" ones, which affect the index inversely. The authors repeatedly used this tool in solving the problems of assessing the dynamics, building a rating, evaluating the effectiveness. The testing results by Fisher's axioms confirm the proper use of polar indexes. The software package is an application Microsoft Excel, which has the most user-friendly interface and has the ability to save the obtained and structured results in accdb-file. The app only uses official statistical data on the official website of the Federal service of state statistics, and, in spite of there is a standard set of the estimated parameters, the user can change it manually, putting the focus system and the cost of one unit of the indicator. The simulation results, which are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data, confirm the perfor-mance of the software complex.

The paper describes software implementation of an integrated development environment with struc-tured editing support that allows creating and editing software projects using Go programming lan-guage. Structure editors allow editing a source code as a hierarchy of embedded blocks in opposite to text editors, which allow editing a source as a list of characters and lines. The proposed software implementation is different from the known systems by the storage repre-sentation method that allows speeding up the performing operations with a source code. The proposed editor also allows increasing the overall efficiency of a software development process. This implemen-tation solves the problem of circular translation of a source code into an intermediate representation and vice versa, which is common among modern structured editors of a source code. The solution for this problem improves the development environment performance and program-mer’s productivity in several ways. The study lists the basic subsystems and components of the pro-posed information system, their purpose, functions and work principle. The paper describes the user interface and its basic features. One of the main features of the pro-posed implementation is a version control system that allows tracking the differences between source code hierar- chical structures, not the differences between text files. It allows a software developer to get more de-tailed and unambiguous information when browsing a version history as well when performing merge or conflict resolution. The paper presents test results of the integrated development environment performance and the ef-fectiveness of software development using this environment. It also describes the implementation re-sults of the proposed system in the development process of industrial companies and educational organization. Finally, there are some insights on further development of the study.

Information technologies are in all spheres of society. They are effectively takes root in the work of fo-rensic experts and criminologists. The use of specialized software can significantly improve the effi-ciency of solving practical problems, and the scientific validity of the conclusions obtained because of examinations. This article contains the algorithm description and the software complex FFRACE, intended to the individual race diagnostic on externally – the head identifying characteristics. The proposed diagnostic algorithm consists of three stages: fixing the basic values externally – identifying features of the indi-vidual head and their numerical score; the probability calculation of belonging to a particular race based on iterative Bayesian Procedure in the modification of A.A. Genkin; establishing racial identity of the individual, taking into account the critical rules. Using the algorithm, the authors developed the unique program complex. This program complex consists of three modules: module for entering basic information; module fixing externally – head identifying signs; module for the race diagnostic. The result of the race diagnostic in the program complex is an expert opinion, which contains a ta-ble of the individual personal information; development variants of each fixed feature; the occurrence probability of this option at the caucasian and mongoloid; the calculated probability of the investigated individual race at each step; final conclusion about the race. If the individual’s race is indescribable, the expert, analyzing the data in the table, can determine the predominance of mongoloid or caucasoid appearance. The software package is for use in laboratory studies, and the location of emergency inci-dents.

Chemical reaction is a complex system by a number of factors determine its effectiveness. Assessing the effectiveness of XP in various conditions is an important task. It allows to search for effective con-ditions and to predict the possibility of the reaction under certain conditions. In this paper, there are neural networks to assess the condition effectiveness of the chemical reac-tion course. The author analyzed in detail the conditions that the most significantly affect the chemical reaction course. The author proposed the methods for encoding information about the reaction condi-tions. The author proposed to divide the reaction conditions into two groups – data that can be encoded in binary form and data that must be considered in numerical form. As a prediction tool, the author used the neural networks with perceptron architecture, requiring training with a teacher. As data for teaching neural networks, we can use as experimental data on the сhemical reaction course, as well as the results of the computer simulation reactions. The paper considers two approaches for predicting the chemical reaction effectiveness. The first approach involves the neural network use for the direct prediction of product yields, considering the product yields of chemical reactions as a function of the input set parameters. Another approach to the building a neural network model of сhemical reaction is to build a classification of the conditions for conducting chemical reactions, dividing the input parameters into pre-formed groups based on expert knowledge. The authors tasted this procedure on the industrially important olefin carbonylation reaction, the industry widely use it. For modeling, the author developed the software that allows importing data on сhemical reaction, to carry out training and forecast.

Design of the user interface is more, than distribution on the screen of controlling units of the program. The cognitive psychology explains how the person reads, thinks and remembers. It helps to design user interfaces in such a way that the software would work according to psychological opportunities and re-strictions of those people for which it is intended. In article describes the development technique of adaptive interfaces of application programs based on the professional quality assessment, psychophysiological features and an emotional status of users. Method using of artificial intelligence at software design allows considering features of the user au-dience. There are the characteristics based on which for users the adaptive interface will be selected. There are three groups of characteristics. The first group is the professional qualities during the work with the computer equipment, the second included psychophysiological features the third emotional statuses of the user. Each of characteristics has a three-point scale: the high, low and average level depending on the got points. The developed automated system, allows creating groups based on the user assessment, the adapted prototype of the application program interface is for each of which. For selection of an optimum proto-type of the interface in the application we use the indistinct expert system (ES) based on the produc-tional model of the knowledge representation. There is the example of the interface selection for the staff work of tax administration implementing data processing of individual and legal entities. There is a receiving two templates of the interface for experienced and not experienced users. As a result, users with different level of training and opportuni-ties can carry out more comfortably the professional activity, during the work with the application pro-gram.

The paper presents a solution for the problem of choosing a method for analytical determining of weight factors for a genetic algorithm additive fitness function. This algorithm is the basis for an evolu-tionary process, which forms a stable and effective query population in a search engine to obtain high-ly relevant results. The paper gives a formal description of an algorithm fitness function, which is a weighted sum of three heterogeneous criteria. The selected methods for analytical determining of weight factors are described in detail. It is noted that expert assessment methods are impossible to use. The authors present a research methodology us-ing the experimental results from earlier in the discussed project “Data Warehouse Support on the Base Intellectual Web Crawler and Evolutionary Model for Target Information Selection”. There is a de-scription of an initial dataset with data ranges for calculating weights. The calculation order is illustrat-ed by examples. The research results in graphical form demonstrate the fitness function behavior dur-ing the genetic algorithm operation using various weighting options. The analysis of the results implies that it is more preferable to calculate fitness function weight fac-tors for this query population then using the results of all population queries. The conclusion is based on the presence of successive improvements in query populations which reflect the correct operation of genetic algorithms, as well as on the obvious detection of local and global maxima in the fitness function during experiments. When using other methods of calculating weighting factors there is no such thing. Thus, a method for determining weight factors for an additive optimality criterion can improve ge-netic algorithm quality to generate effective search queries. In particular, the probability of rapid detection of fitness function local extremes is increased and this local extreme can become the optimal solution the function domain.

To complete problems of the Earth remote sensing (ERS), apply panchromatic and multispectral imaging systems for observing visible and near-infrared optical ranges. They have more than half of resolving problems. As hard-ware components go forward and rocket and space equipment improves, an increasing role is to the study of fac-tors determining the quality of the information (images) received. These factors include both technical characteris-tics of optoelectronic devices and image information parameters. There are the main directions of creating a software suite for assessing the factors affecting the quality of re-mote sensing information based on the characteristic analysis of ERS spacecraft optoelectronic devices. These in-clude signal-to-noise ratio (s/n) and the spectral channels informativeness of the spacecraft onboard equipment. The article presents the software suite for assessing the factors that determine the quality of the Earth remote sensing information. The software suite is in the cross-platform framework Qt to develop the software in the C ++ programming language. The software suite implementation contains the appropriate modules, in accordance with the program logic. The calculating module of the s/n ratio of the spacecraft optic-electronic equipment taking into account the param-eters of the optical system and the noise of the electronic path of the spacecraft optic-electronic system determines the s/n ratios in every spectral channel and in the whole equipment. The second software module allows you to calculate the optimal set of spectral channels for display using the Optimum Index Factor (OIF). For users’ convenience, the program has a graphical interface and supports conducting research with the mem-orization in a file.

The paper proposes an algorithm for searching the parameters values deviations from industrial equip-ment norms in the context of statistical and fuzzy source data to further equipment diagnosing at the operational stage. The authors proposes generalized search pattern deviations of the industrial facility parameters with database using (technical data sheets, GOST standards and regulatory documentation), as well as the knowledge base containing the staff’s knowledge and experience of the equipment pa-rameters values, factors that may affect the equipment performance presented in the form of verbal de-scriptions and intervals. The authors proposed the algorithm, which searches the mistakes of parameters from the industrial facility norms with using of database. This algorithm in the decision support systems decision support systems for equipment diagnostics makes it possible not only to identify the time when the parameter value deviation occurred, but the duration and the average value of the parameter deviation as well. This paper describes an infological data model (a description of entities) with a set of attributes and re-lationships among them, which are in the process of researching both input and output data, as well as a logical data model (a display of logical relationships among data elements). As an example, there are the screen forms of the user interface of the developed software system in the C # programming lan-guage for searching deviations of parameter values. Using of the developed software will provide the staff on duty with the following: 1) lack of neces-sity to constantly access the technical data sheets, GOST standards and regulatory documentation pre-sented in paper form; 2) rejection of an option to choose possible causes of deviations; 3) elimination of unreasonable equipment repairs.
