Nowadays Russian and world markets determine the demand for science-intensive high-tech products in vari-ous fields of mechanical engineering. The reduction of terms in design and production of prototype science -based products (SP) is in focus considering high competition level. The design and production of first innovative samples is a specific task for a number of reasons. This distinguishes it from the tasks and problems facing the serial production and re -engineering (modernization, modification). Due to this task specifics the existing decision support tools can not be effective enough for creating a SP. Therefore, the development of the automated control system of preproduction engineering, manufacture and testing of science-based products (ACS PE&T) is an actual task. New principles of developing the ACS PE&T are set forth. They allow (a) the decision-making processes to be adequate to real production processes, (b) the informational integration into the control hierarchy, (c) the ACS PE&T to be incorp o-rated into the automated support system for a product life cycle, (d) the decision -making procedures to comply with human reasoning as well as experts’ operational algorithm, (e) a manufacturer to reduce the total time (cycle) for a SP sample man u-facturing. A set-theoretic model of the ACS PE&T is developed in terms of the structure and procedure functi ons educed in the process of creating a SP. A set-theoretic model is proved to comply with the established ACS principles. The processes controlled with ACS are performed at the following stages of SP developing: research, development and engineering; designing and preproduction engineering; manufacturing planning; manufacture; quality control and testing. The information conversions within the automated control system are found out and described. A set-theoretic model and a temporal structure model is t he basis for development of methods and algorithms of decision-making in the automated control system.

This paper proves the explicit and fuzzy probabilities product algorithm theoretically and practically. It is a classical probability theory problem of events calculation product. It ass umes that an event probability can be represented as a fuzzy or explicit number. Such a problem appears whith the need in calculating all of the conflict outcomes probabilities and there is no statistical data about participants’ possible behavior. In this case possible strategies probabilities are assessed by experts in natural language terms and then transformed into fuzzy numbers. To represent a fuzzy probability we use a 5 -level semantic scale with a [0;1] segment as its values’ support and a triangular membership function type. In order to calcu-late the probabilities product it is necessary to accelerate fuzzy number to an integer power and multiply fuzzy number to e x-plicit and another fuzzy number. A method of -cuts and interval arithmetic is used to do that. Since the resulting product is a fuzzy number, we defuzzify it using the longitudinal center of gravity method. Algorithm software implementation is execu t-ed in the Borland Delphi environment.

The article describes the formal method for analyzing properties of concurrent and distributed programs. Au-thors suggest a method for verifying technical systems for various temporal properties feasi bility, such as a security property (a typical example of security properties is lock-freedom). To represent models of technical systems authors use the language of asynchronous functional schemes (AFS). It i n-cludes semantic values of AFS-programs represented as the sets of computing sequences (running ways of the distributed AFS-program). Then semantic value is represented as a system of recursive equations. This system is a convenient form for representing semantic values of programs to analyze various programs’ properties. The AFS-program semantic value, represented as a system of recursive equations, and the temporal property, represented as a formula linear-time temporal logic, is converted into a Büchi automata to verify the feasibility of temporal p roperties. After that the composition of these automatons is constructed. The temporary property feasibility on the original AFS -program is verified according to this composition. The proposed method has a significant advantage compared to similar methods which has an intermediate stage for transformimg a technical system into the Kripke’s system and then converts it into a Buchi’s automaton. And in the proposed method the technical system directly converts into a Buchi’s automaton. The proposed method can be easily automated. It allows to simplify essentially labor -intensive process of analyzing se-mantic values of programs. Theoretical material of the article includes a number of examples, in particular, an example of the proposed method a p-plication for verification the feasibility of security properties (no locks) on the distributed system.

The article describes data representation method for design activity processes in functional adaptable form. A design choice is represented as a set of design procedures and their proce ssing software. It is implemented in the form of an interactive environment for creating functionally adapted CAD systems (FA CAD). This environment has a layered archite c-ture, the user interface on the top level and the database on the bottom level. The a rchitecture includes seven functional sub-systems.The article describes the functional subsystems, their functions, properties and characteristics. Special attention i s on the project management subsystem. It is the main component of an interactive environm ent for creating FA CAD systems. The subsystem links the output data with other functional subsystems. The principles of subsystems interaction with each other are considered using the user interface and the database interaction interface. In terms of inte raction with the user and project management subsystem, all functional subsystems are built on the same principle. It means they have the same stru c-ture. Its components interaction is examined in detail. The structure of th subsystem of FA CAD systems gene ration follows the structure of an interactive environment for creating FA CAD systems. FA CAD systems generation has four stages: loa d-ing model from the database, selecting a functionality set, source code generation and FA CAD system compilation. The a d-vantages of the presented environment structure of creating FA CAD systems are related to the preserving, modifying and further using of model design processes in a distributed automation environment.

The article describes the automated engineering processes for specialists of technical solutions synthesis and research specialists. It is based on the research area of "CAD and PC" department scienti fic school of Volgograd State Technical University. The paper describes the model of the multi -agent system for structured physical knowledge processing and “Sophie II” automated system. “Sophie II” is implemented in this model. The research led to creatin g partly formalized mod-els of a multi-agent system and an agent. To implement the interaction between the agents we use the auctions principle. It a l-lows changing the composition of agents. To do this, we used the contract chains model. It implements this principle. While implementing a multi-agent system we used FIPA standard. It regulates the overall system architecture, the agents states and the principles of interaction between agents. All the described models are implemented in the “Sophie II” automate d system. This system allows combining the search techniques of physical effects, the synthesis of the physical principles of action, t he filling the physical effects fund from original sources and the administration of the physical effects database. A uni fied phy s-ical effects database was created. A number of tests was performed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the "Sophie II". The system has successfully passed the tests.

The problems of designing control systems using soft computing on the example of complex control object (redundant 7 degrees of freedom manipulator) are described. One of major settings and advantages of effective application of automated control system is achieving control purpose with maximal control quality on a high level and with minimal charge of practical resource of “Control object – regulator” system on lower operation level. The efficiency of used software for sp e-cific task of problem-oriented field depends on software intelligence level and task complexity. Th у paper showes in the ad-vantages and efficiency of concerned intelligent computing for effective solution of classical tasks (e.g. design of robust i n-telligent control systems). General methodology of robust fuzzy knowledge base design using special intell igent toolkit (Knowledgebase Optimizer on soft computing technology) is investigated in this article. The efficiency of intelligent control systems designed using soft computing technologies is described in comparison with control systems using constant co effi-cients of regulator. A set of performance criteria adapted to concerned control object (robot manipulator with 7 degrees of freedom) is introdused to estimate control systems work according to required accuracy characteristics. To demonstrate inte l-ligent control performance quality, a wide range of internal and external unpredicted situations is described.

The article describes the method of calculating landing and stability of an intact and damaged ship in systems of the automated survivability assessment. The iterative method for a given load is based on V.G. Vlasov’s method of succes-sive approximations. It allows solving the problem with given and controlled accuracy degree. It does not solve some spatial problem of in trim landing characterization. It calculates the diagram of crosscut statistic stability of a freely trimmed ship. Calculated parameters of crosscut diagram are used to assess the ship state. The method uses a mathematical model of the ship. It is specified by the point coordinates on the theoretical surface and watertight compartments. It allows calculating the parameters of landing, stability and others that characterize the safety of the ship for a given load (flooded compartments) with controlled accuracy. The article contains load calculation principles for a damaged ship at various ways of flooding watertight compartments, including doubtful flooded compartments. There are certain formula dependances that allow assessing stability of an intact and damaged ship. The authors conclude that using this iterative method can improve the efficiency and reasonability of decision-making and assignment the measures to restore sta-bility.

The problems of designing control systems using soft and quantum computing on the example of complex con-trol object (redundant 7 degrees of freedom manipulator) are described. A self -organization strategy for a knowledge base of one-type fuzzy controllers using quantum computing technologies is considered. Application of intelligent computing and quantum self-organization algorithm allows reaching control purpose in unexpected situations. It it reached due to i mproving robustness level of intelligent control system in the problem-oriented field. An important result of intelligent control systems design is a possibility of implementing quantum algorithms and quantum computing in typical (not hybrid quantum) defau lt configuration hardware processor for robot manipulator as the control object. Quantum language description of most classical (semistructured and difficult to solve using classical logic) engineering tasks allows finding an effective solution. Positive re-sult of intelligent soft computing technologies application based on quantum computing toolkit led to a new alternative a p-proach. It is using intelligent quantum computing technologies in tasks of control optimization. The paper shows the efficiency of designed intelligent control systems using soft and quantum computing technologies. To estimate control systems work the authors introduce a set of performance criteria. This set is adjusted to concerned contr ol object (7 degrees of freedom robot manipulator) according to required accuracy characteristics. A particular focus is on robot manipulator behavior that is controlled by proposed intelligent control systems in une x-pected situations connected with internal noise in complex control object.
