The information modeling system of corrosion protection of equipment

The article was published in issue no. № 1, 2016 [ pp. 120-125 ]Abstract:The volume of gas and oil production and the length of pipelines has significantly increased over the past 10–15 years. According to report data, annually more than 30 % of accidents on main pipelines happen because of corrosion. This issue is also relevant for chemical industry, in particular related to aggressive substances. Most of the existing information systems and databases related to industrial safety and corrosion protection are closed. This paper presents a functional structure of a developed information modeling system of corrosion protection of industrial equipment. It can also be used to protect pipelines. The paper describes the purpose and basic function blocks of the information modeling system. It also presentes a logical model of a material database, which is a part of a storage information subsystem, and a list of all other databases used within the system. When implementing, the authors used a three-tier architecture with a database management system and web-technologies. The article presents main user interfaces and a module of material selection. It describes the tasks for application of the information modeling system of equipment protection from corrosion.
Аннотация:Согласно публикуемым данным, ежегодно более 30 % аварий на магистральных трубопроводах происходит по причине коррозии. Данная проблема актуальна и для химических производств, особенно связанных с агрессивными средами. Большинство существующих информационных систем и БД, связанных с промышленной безопасностью и защитой от коррозии, являются закрытыми. В данной работе представлена функциональная структура разработанной информационно-моделирующей системы защиты оборудования промышленных предприятий от коррозии, применимая также и для защиты трубопроводов. Описаны ее предназначение и основные функциональные блоки. Представлена логическая модель БД материалов, входящая в подсистему хранения информации, а также перечислены все БД, используемые в рамках системы. При реализации использовалась трехзвенная архитектура с использованием системы управления БД и веб-технологий. Представлены основные интерфейсы пользователей и модуль подбора материалов. Описаны задачи, для которых применима информационно-моделирующая система защиты оборудования от коррозии.
