11. Forecasting technological trends based on the heterogeneous data analysis [№3 за 2022 год]
Authors: Nguyen Thanh Viet (vietqn1987@gmail.com) - Volgograd State Technical University, Pham Van Dong University (Postgraduate Student); Kravets A.G. (agk@gde.ru) - Volgograd State Technical University, Dubna State University (Professor), Ph.D;
Abstract: To achieve competitiveness, enterprises need to exploit a development strategy by forecasting promis-ing technologies using limited resources. Numerous previous studies have shown that unexpected changes in R&D and patenting of intellectual property are associated with large changes in the market value of an enterprise. In fact, there is a strong correlation between the volatility of market shares, stock prices in the early stages of high-tech enterprise development, and the period when the innova-tive technology is not yet defined. Thus, we propose that if company's share prices continue to trend upward, then the developed technologies are likely to become promising innovations in the future. This paper proposes a method for forecasting technology trends by analyzing web news to identify high-tech enterprises, predicting stock price trends for selected enterprises and analyzing the clusters of patent applications. Unlike other studies, our method advances the idea of predicting technology trends by forecasting the stock price trend using univariate and multivariate data preparation ap-proaches, and using Bayesian optimization to explore the best hyperparameters for machine and deep learning models. The study uses the developed software system for analyzing word frequency burst detection and stock price prediction. In particular, the proposed method is adopted to predict the price dynamics of Tesla and Samsung shares as case studies.

12. Developing a password generator using GUI MATLAB [№3 за 2022 год]
Authors: Shchukarev, I.A. (blacxpress@gmail.com) - Ulyanovsk State Technical University, Institute of Aviation Technology and Management (Associate Professor), Ph.D; Markova E.V. (morozova319@yandex.ru) - Ulyanovsk State Technical University, Institute of Aviation Technology and Management (Associate Professor), Ph.D;
Abstract: Nowadays, in most cases accounts of various sites, portals and cloud storages have weak passwords. In addition, the passwords created by users themselves are of insufficient length, which directly affects their reliability. Therefore, first of all it is necessary to create sufficiently complex and long passwords to ensure account security. In this paper, the authors present a developed a graphical computer application that allows automat-ic generating of passwords with custom settings and displaying the result in the appropriate field. The created passwords are almost impossible to guess since they include a combination of random upper and lower case letters of the English alphabet, numbers and special service characters. The authors im-plement the ability to change the password length, to output the result to the program window and save it to a separate text file named parol.txt. This application and the entire graphical user interface are not written in a specialized programming language, such as Python or C++, which is typical for programs of this type, but in the MATLAB tech-nical calculation environment using the MATLAB GUI and MATLAB Compiler SDK. The MATLAB Compiler SDK capabilities made it possible to create a standalone exe application, not an m-file, which is the MATLAB program internal format and works only if there is fully installed MATLAB environ-ment. To make it convenient for the end user, the program is designed as a stand-alone graphical appli-cation that can run on any computer with MATLAB Runtime installation that allows running compiled applications on systems without the installed MATLAB. The program is built using MATLAB GUI and MATLAB Compiler SDK. As a result, this application can be used by organizations with a network se-curity department, as it can facilitate the creation of many new random passwords for a large number of computers and employee accounts.

Authors: S.A. Vlasova (svlasova@jscc.ru) - Joint Supercomputer Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences – JSCC (Leader Researcher), Ph.D; N.E. Kalenov (nkalenov@jscc.ru) - Joint Supercomputer Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences – JSCC (Professor, Chief Researcher), Ph.D;
Abstract: The paper describes the method proposed by the authors for forming an array of key terms that form the basis of subject ontology of the Common Digital Space of Scientific Knowledge and encyclopedias list of articles (slots) in a certain scientific direction. The method is based on a frequency analysis of the occurrence of key terms in the articles pub-lished in leading scientific journals on this topic. The technique involves program processing of metadata of articles reflected in various databases, constructing rating lists of the frequency of occur-rence of individual key terms and selecting the cores of such lists, which, in turn, can be considered as the basis for filling a subject ontology and forming encyclopedic slots. To implement the methodology, the authors developed the corresponding database structure, soft-ware tools for filling it, processing and analyzing data. The paper presents the database description and the results of the practical implementation of the methodology based on processing several thousand articles from leading Russian journals in mathematics, informatics and physics (terms in Russian and English were identified and analyzed). An assessment of the correspondence of key terms distribution frequencies and their constituent individual words to the Bradford law has shown significant discrepancies with this law in the case of key terms, but there was certain convergence when considering individual words and their permutation within key terms.

Authors: Rybakov, A.A. (rybakov@jscc.ru ) - Joint Supercomputer Center of RAS (Leading Researcher), Ph.D; Freylekhman S.A. (freysa@jscc.ru) - JSCC RAS – Branch of SRISA RAS (Research Associate), Ph.D;
Abstract: The paper is devoted to research aimed at automatic detection of defects and anomalies that occur in the audio record digital signal. Defect detection methods are mainly used in digitizing analog audio records and restoring damaged signals. Anomaly detection methods have a wide range of applications including the development of security and environmental monitoring systems, the identification of arti-ficially edited records, restoration of archival audio recordings of cultural value for a certain time peri-od of society development and formation, the fight against so-called deepfakes, encryption and decryp-tion of classified information encoded in audio data and much more. Modern technologies and techniques make it possible to efficiently eliminate the found defects by mathematical manipulation of the signal by an audio engineer or using smart and adaptive digital signal editing tools. However, for this purpose, the defect must be accurately detected and localized, its type and the possible origin must also be determined. There is special software developed within the framework of this work to solve the problem of au-tomatic detection of defects in a digital signal of an audio record. It was verified on digitized audio rec-ords of various quality. Since digital media data including audio records have a large size, the aspect of parallel distributed processing is of particular importance during the analysis. Due to this fact, the de-veloped defect detection code was upgraded to take into account the need to run on Intel Xeon Phi Knights Landing massively parallel microprocessors and demonstrated high scaling efficiency.

15. A method for testing radar stations using an unmanned aerial vehicle and airborne equipment [№3 за 2022 год]
Authors: Kalabin, A.L. (alex.ka.86@gmail.com) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D; A.K. Morozov (yerdnavozorom@gmail.com) - Tver State Technical University (Postgraduate Student);
Abstract: The paper proposes the modernization of the laboratory test method using an unmanned aerial vehicle, which houses a programmable generator with an on-board computer and other necessary auxiliary equipment. Radar testing is performed as in the flyby method but without using real targets. The es-sence of the method is to control the carrier’s movement and the signal from the onboard generator output in such a way that the emitted signal corresponds to the actual radar operating conditions. The on-board computer calculates the test signal digital representation; a radio signal corresponding to the current operating mode of the station is emitted using a generator and an antenna. It is possible to con-trol the angular coordinates, range and number of targets for the tested radar by changing the coordi-nates and structure of the emitted signal. The proposed method can be used to test various characteristics of radars. The paper presents the results of modeling from determining the locator software model characteristics. The carrier’s software model is also used for modeling. Modeling consists in the fact that when the model time changes, the coordinates of the carrier and the simulated targets change; the locator software model performs the de-tection procedure according to the specified characteristics. At the end of the simulation, the coordi-nates of the carrier and the simulated targets are compared with the detected target coordinates. Based on the comparison results, it is possible to determine the functional characteristics of the locator. The proposed method can be useful in preparing for full-scale tests, as well as for evaluating char-acteristics that are difficult to evaluate by traditional methods, for example, when evaluating the range resolution, which involves the use of two aircrafts, the distance between which should decrease, which potentially increases the risk of collision.

16. Computer modeling for intelligent evaluation of dynamic interaction of solids [№3 за 2022 год]
Authors: Meshkov V.V. (msf-tgtu@efndex.ru) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D; Filatova N.N. (nfilatova99@mail.ru) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D; Fedosov Yu.A. Abstract: The paper considers the problem of integrating the computer modeling results with experimental results of dynam-ic interaction of solids using digital processing of optical and X-ray images for subsequent analysis in an infor-mation intelligent system. The novelty is in the method of assessing the differences between the results of field and computational ex-periments based on use the fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets, as well as the procedure of switching to an index scale when forming a general assessment of differences for a set of the corresponding image points. The authors pro-pose a concept and a developed algorithm for the joint cluster analysis of the results of X-ray and optical studies and the results of modeling the dynamic interaction of bodies. A computer model of solids interaction makes it possible to study the features of complex physical processes that occur when a hypersonic particle hits a spacecraft element, to substantiate the composition and design of real spacecraft elements, and to predict its damage depending on the parameters of elements and anthropogenic parti-cles within certain limits. The simulation results can become a base for forming a data bank that will expand the limited set of results of computational and experimental modeling and field experiments. In general, the computer simulation results make it possible to prepare scientifically based initial data and recommendations for developing a protection design and a protection control system for an advanced spacecraft.

17. Applying artificial neural networks in automatic control systems for magnetic levitation [№3 за 2022 год]
Authors: Korobeynikov, A.G. (korobeynikov_a_g@mail.ru) - The National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (Professor), Ph.D;
Abstract: This paper considers the problem of neural network identification in the automatic control system for magnetic levitation (neural network controller). This problem is due to the fact that at present, it is typ-ical to use a mathematical apparatus based on artificial neural networks when designing automatic con-trol systems for complex technical dynamic objects. Such networks have the following unique ad-vantages: the possibility of parallel computing; finding previously unknown relationships between in-put and output sequences of digital signals; more efficient control of nonlinear systems using nonlinear activation functions. In addition, the use of artificial neural networks sometimes removes the difficul-ties that arise when describing some problems in the form of analytical mathematical models. This paper describes the solution for the problem based on artificial intelligence methods – well-known recurrent artificial neural networks NARX and LSTM. These networks were trained using the backpropagation algorithm and the Levenberg–Marquardt method, which have good convergence. For this problem, the application of trained artificial neural networks to test data has shown some ad-vantage of the NARX network compared to LSTM. Moreover, the RSME rms error for the NARX net-work with 50 hidden layers for this problem is less than for the network with 100 hidden layers. The MATLAB R2021b system was a tool for setting the architecture of neural networks, their con-struction, training and testing. The obtained results are applied in designing automatic control systems for levitating objects. Currently, most of these systems are being developed and used to transport goods for various purposes using the effect of magnetic levitation.

Abstract: The paper proposes an original adaptive control pixel clustering algorithm for "controlled cluster anal-ysis" of satellite photographic images. The "controlled cluster analysis" algorithm is based on the premise: the possibility of using addi-tional a priori information about control pixels on satellite photographs located in different ecological zones, which allows correcting the mosaic structures and ecological zone areas taking into account ad-ditional information. The "controlled cluster analysis" algorithm differs in using additional parameters in the form of weight coefficients and control pixels, which provides more accurate binding of clustering results to ecological zones. The "controlled cluster analysis" algorithm is based on a modernized classical K-means algorithm, in which weight coefficients and control pixels are additionally introduced as param-eters. It is shown that as a result of using the "controlled cluster analysis" algorithm, the accuracy of esti-mating the size and configuration of the areas of ecological zones increases. The proposed algorithm makes it possible to calculate the total areas of ecological zones of forests more accurately, which can be proposed as a basis for assessing the degree of environmental degrada-tion and the magnitude of environmental damage to forests.

Abstract: The article considers the approach to developing an information system in the field of composite mate-rials using the modern development framework Laravel in the PHP programming language. This study includes the subject area analysis and data storage model development based on this analysis, the de-velopment of the main program modules of the system and the implementation of the logic of interac-tion between these modules. The originality of the study is in the implementation of the information system as a web-based service for quick and easy access to information based on the Laravel develop-ment framework. This paper identifies and compiles a list of the main entities that describe the field of composite ma-terials. Then, the paper presents a description a method of compiling and developing a relational data storage model for these entities. During model developing, among other things, the authors used meth-ods for the most optimal storage of hierarchical data structures. Based on this data storage model, the authors developed modules and blocks of information system modules and connected these modules into a single end service. This service is web-based and can very conveniently provide users and re-searchers of composite materials with access to all the information they need. The work notes and de-scribes the tools and modules of the Laravel framework, which were used in the development of the en-tire system. As a demonstration of the study results, the authors give examples of the information system opera-tion - the authorization pages of a web-based service and some pages of the main entities of the system are given as an example of service visualization.

Abstract: The modern development of industrial enterprises is impossible without introducing information tech-nologies (IT) into the process of their functioning. The IT introduction allows increasing the competi-tiveness of industrial enterprises. In a market economy, process management involves a range of dif-ferent risks. These risks can be modeled using software packages. In the article, the subject of research is the technology of developing a software complex for the reactor for the hydrochlorination of ground sili-con operating in dynamic mode. In this work, for the first time at the software level, the main features of the operation of the trichlorosilane synthesis reactor are proposed and shown. Described is material and heat balance of reactor, hydrodynamics of "suspended" layer is shown and visualized. Hydrody-namic and thermal calculations of the synthesis reactor were carried out. These calculations are inter-preted into a mathematical graph. A mathematical apparatus for describing the operating parameters of the reactor is shown and for the first time a computer mathematical model of the process of synthesis of trichlorosilane of active production has been developed. The technological processes of the study object were visualized. Sys-tem of monitoring, control and regulation of reactor operating parameters to ensure safety of produc-tion is proposed. Monitoring and control devices are connected to mathematical model. With the help of the resulting software model, various experiments can be carried out in "real time". The study has established the importance of maintaining the operating conditions of such reactors, re-lated to the possibility of local overheating zones that may affect the occurrence of emergencies. The work is of interest to specialists serving the production of trichlorosilane and is aimed at reduc-ing the technological risks arising during the operation of the reactor.
