Authors: Zalazinsky A.G. (zal@imach.uran.ru) - Institute of Engineering Science of the Ural Branch of the RAS, Ph.D; Kryuchkov D.I. (kru4koff@bk.ru) - Institute of Engineering Science of the Ural Branch of the RAS;
Abstract: The paper suggests a concept of an experimental-analytical method of engineering analysis and optimization of processes of non-uniform materials plastic deformation. The authors have developed a mathematical model to determine fi-bers damage and a fiber composite basis. The offered method considers macro level inhomogeneity, i.e. the certain scheme is applied depending on the type of a composite. The design of the hybrid modeling complex is shown. Basic components are: an Abaqus system, mathematical and operating subsystems and a knowledge base. Python language libraries are used in a mathematical subsystem. It is an alternative to MATLAB packadge. The authors developed an algorithm to solve problems in a hybrid modeling complex. To solve fiber composites quality forecasting problems when compressing there is a program module with Abaqus interface and a subprogram for defining composite damage based on the developed mathematical mo d-el. The article illustrates practical application of a software complex on an example of modeling of Nb -Ti+Cu composite ex-trusion process. There are the results of fiber damage defining based on Johnson-Cook dynamic failure model and the of-fered technique.

22. Control concept for a forging design process in CAD system [№3 за 2014 год]
Authors: Kanyukov S.I. (avk@imach.uran.ru) - Institute of Engineering Science of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D; Konovalov A.V. (avk@imach.uran.ru) - Institute of Engineering Science of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D;
Abstract: CAD systems for forging various kinds of forgings using hammers and presses give users the opportunity to correct results obtained in the automatic mode. Thus design results are a set of process variables reflected in a forging pro cess chart. Correction of any of these parameters generally requires the second redesign of the entire process with allowance for previous adjustments. In this sense we talk about controlling the desig process by user. The paper describes the principles of a design process control system in forging CAD systems on the example of press-forging of shafts. In general, all adjustable design parameters and supported control actions are divided into four groups a c-cording to the level of significance: general, global, local and individual. The authors developed a classification system for the adjustable process variables and control actions. They also defined an interrelation of control parameters and control a c-tions between groups as well as within each group. A mathematical logic apparatus is used to describe the control principles of CAD system for press-forging of shafts in the active user dialogue mode. Obtained results allow improving system stability under changing manufacturing conditions. This simplifies its imple-mentation in various enterprises and creates preconditions for developing genetic algorithms of forging technology design, when applied control actions are systematized and automatically used by the system to improve matching algorithms while accumulating design results during system operation.

Authors: Fomicheva S.G. (ist@norvuz.ru) - Norilsk Industrial Institute, Ph.D; Konev A.V. (ist@norvuz.ru) - Norilsk Industrial Institute;
Abstract: The article presents the results of designing self-adaptive regulators based on the fuzzy-neural networks. Such networks are used to balance the content of silicon oxide in slags when processing copper-nickel ores to copper and nickel cathodes. The paper shows that these metallurgical processes are highly inertial and demand two-level regulation system: rough and exact adjustment. Thus, an exact adjustment can adequately be carried out in completely automatic mode reducing operational loading for actions of a technologist-dispatcher. Operating influences of an independent adaptive regulator provide higher balancing accuracy comparing to manual management. There is a structure of a hybrid fuzzy-neural network which is a base for an adaptive regulator development. The paper shows revealed fuzzy tendencies for dependences of the silicon oxide content in slags from operated parameters of high orders of nonlinearity. They are experimentally proved. The configuration of an author's hybrid network structure includes five interlocked fuzzy-neural subnets with feedback coupling and delay elements. Delay elements simulate the time lag displaying processes iteration depth. The lag in turn also is a fuzzy variable. The given configuration allowed realizing adequately soft operating influences on such parameters as the general sand content; a dust flow; a blasting enrichment; Ni+Cu in a concentrate; S in a concentrate; Fe in a concentrate; SiO2 in a concentrate. Also it is correct to consider a number of retrospecti ve parameters at fo

Authors: Borovsky A.S. (borovski@mail.ru) - Orenburg Transport Institute, Ph.D;
Abstract: The article discusses the structure of the software complex for engineering and technical security assessment of an object. Facilities for engineering and technical security (FETS) are an essential component in the design of physical pr o-tection systems (PPS). It affects the security of the whole object. PPS design process has uncertainties that are generally a s-sociated with the incompleteness of a priori knowledge about the problem. Therefore a developed CAD system should in-clude intellectual component based on the fuzzy sets theory. The article discusses a software system structure for engineerin g and technical security assessment of an object, an algorithm of decision making support for an object security assessment and a conceptual model of the prototype object security analysis system. The paper describes in details software modules of a prototype: a module to assess structural protection of the object critical elements (CE); a module to assess a required level of the object CE protection; a quality score module for engineering and technical security of the object; a module to determine a required level of protection for the object CE; a module to determine the level of FETS of the object CE.

Abstract: This paper presents approaches to organization of quality control system customized to the process of paperboard manufacturing, using the recycled raw fibers on the basis of the software environment. It introduces an execution algorithm of quality control system in the context of the controlling the process of the starch glue pasting, where the most common quality estimation parameters are taken into account. It explains the expedience of reducing the problem of management of starch glue pasting process to the problem of fuzzy multistage manufacturing process management, where the state evolution of each stage is characterized by a fuzzy relation. Solution of the problem is reduced to the solution of t he functional Bellman equation. For the purposes of the knowledge bases development in connection with the considered subject area the algorithm for constructing of a set of preferred states is applied. Search and choice of optimal solution of the problem as a service is performed by applying a multi-step search alternatives algorithm. Software environment of manufacturing process quality control of paperboard products allows to monitor violations of technological regulations, to identify the causes of actual quality value deviations from value standards, to search and select the optimal variant for the process supporting solution in accordance with the process requirements.

Authors: A.N. Chokhonelidze (444595@pochtf.ru) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D; F. Lempogo (forlempo@yahoo.co.nz) - Tver State Technical University; W. Brown-Acquaye (wbrownacquaye@hotmail.com) - Tver State Technical University;
Abstract: This paper discusses the development of a software simulator to predict the optimum drying conditions of a bed of cocoa beans in a convective dryer. To achieve this, a suitable mathematical drying model based on the Luikov’s model of heat and mass transfer in a capillary porous medium, were derived, to define the drying behavior of the bed. A heat source term was introduce in the energy equation due to the enzymatic browning reaction in cocoa beans during drying. The result-ing coupled heat and mass transfer equations were discretized using the finite difference method based on the notation of control volume. An algorithm was created to implement this solution into a computer program using a complex of Rapid a p-plication development tools which include Visual Studio, CodeFluent Entities and MATLAB. The algorithm was implemen t-ed in MATLAB 7.12 and was later exported through COM into Visual Basic .NET code for further development of the simu-lator in Visual Studio 2010. A logical model of the database was developed using the Graphical Modeler in CodeFluent Entities and later exported into a physical MS SQL Server database. The simulator will serve as a powerful decision making tool, that will be useful for engineers or operators to develop optimum drying conditions to improve the quality of cocoa beans and the final cocoa products.

Author: Syusin I.A. (ilya.syusin@gmail.com) - Samara State Aerospace University;
Abstract: The paper describes the solution for the problem of organization and control of cooperation between different services providers and consumers in a solid information space by creating Intermediary Service Provider. It offers a condition management method (contingency management) in a multi-actor integrated information environment as a key control method. The paper describes a problem of controlling an Intermediary Service Provider in service sector and outlines its perfor-mance indicators. Two algorithms to solve described task are proposed. They allow providing expected cooperated behavior of services providers and consumers in a solid information environment with relative independence in decision making. As an example of successful applying of Intermediary Service Provider in tourism, the paper describes software which is de-signed and developed using described approach and algorithms. Implementation of such approach in the problem-oriented software platform form can become a useful tool for specific services providers and consumers who cooperate in solid infor-mation environment. 29. Prospects for applying hybrid forecasting of performance of the Russian Federation state program [№3 за 2014 год]
Authors: Yarushev S.A. (sergey.yarushev@icloud.com) - Dubna International University for Nature, Society and Man; A.N. Averkin (averkin2003@inbox.ru) - Dubna International University for Nature, Society and Man, Ph.D;
Abstract: The article describes the problem of predicting in research and development (R and D) of Russia. The scope of research and development is a set of organizations and institutions which perform basic and applied research, experimental development and pilot production. As a result there is new knowledge, models of equipment and technologies, scientific dis-coveries. Intensification of production and use of new scientific and technological results has determined the drastic reduction of the innovation cycle and acceleration of products and technologies renovation pace. Current world economic situation re-quires advanced development of individual specific areas of scientific research and technological development ("clean" ener-gy, new technologies, nano-technologies, their application in agriculture, etc.). Many of them do not have a good start. All this triggers the appearance of short time series, and any forecast is based on an indicators dynamics analysis for the previous period. Practice shows that in such circumstances the use of statistical methods becomes difficult. Therefore, to create quali-tative predictions of new indicators, such as nano-technology, the authors propose to use hybrid neuro-regression systems for the best results. This article describes a distributed system for prediction of development indicators in research and development based on a comprehensive econometric model in the form of multiple regression equations. There are experimental results of short-term forecasting obtained using multiple regression.

Authors: Edelev А.V. (flower@isem.sei.irk.ru) - Melentiev Energy Systems Institute SB RAS, Ph.D; Vorobev S.V. (seregavorobev@isem.sei.irk.ru) - Melentiev Energy Systems Institute SB RAS;
Abstract: The article describes modeling development scenarios for the Unified Gas Supply System using the "Oil and Gas of Russia" software package. It pays particular attention to detecting potential weak spots in the energy system. They are the facilities that do not have a production capacity reserve. Such facilities can be a cause of energy resource shortage most often. This paper considers a model to assess production capabilities of the Unified Gas Supply System. This model can solve the problem of detecting bottlenecks in the Unified Gas Supply System by providing consumers with gas as needed. The model is also can be used to arrange bottlenecks by the priority steps to minimize energy shortages for a consumer. The paper describes the model as a linear programming problem of finding the maximum flow of minimum cost. The au-thors use the dual assessments device to solve the problem of arranging the bottlenecks by the priority steps to minimize e n-ergy shortages for a consumer using the "Oil and Gas of Russia" software package. The bottlenecks detecting and arranging module performance is demonstrated in the analysis of the possibility to transfer Russian gas transportation system gas dur-ing putting into service the Bovanenkovskoe gasfield in the Yamal Peninsula.
