In 1983 graduated from the Kiev Higher Anti-Aircraft and Rocket Engineering Colledge (speciality: Radio-technical package systems).
In 2001 graduated from the Kiev National Economic University (speciality: International Economics).
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
- problems of decision-making and management in engineering and economical systems,
- mathematical methods, models and technologies for complex systems research,
- decision-making support IT,
- problem-oriented and function-oriented computer systems and networks.
He is an author of more than 100 scientific papers including 5 monographs.
