Tatarnikova Tatyana Mikhaylovna, Dr.Sc. (Engineering), Associate Professor.

In 2007 she defended her doctoral thesis called “Models and methods of a structural synthesis of interconnection centers of corporate information networks” in Systems analysis, management and information processing (by industry) and in Telecommunication systems and computer networks.

The Head of the Department "Information technologies and security systems" of the Institute of Information Systems and Geotechnology of the Russian State Hydrometeorological University.

Tatyana Tatarnikova has written more than 200 scientific papers.

She is a member of the Educational and Methodological Board in specialty Information systems and technologies.

Mrs Tatarnikova is a member of Dissertation defence boards in the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”, in the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation and in the ITMO University. She is also a member of Editorial Board of the journal “Software & Systems”.
