11. Problem of decision-making support in estimation of investment projects of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines [№4 за 2012 год]

Methods and software enabling the estimation of efficiency and the comparisons of alternative designs of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines are discussed. Problem of estimation of efficiency of investment projects of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines is formulated in the terms of decision theory. Presented approach is based on the reduction of multicriterion problem of estimation of investment project to one-criterion problem. Set of outcomes of acceptable alternatives, set of vectorial estimations of outcomes, mapping of set of outcomes of acceptable alternatives to set of vectorial estimations of outcomes and structure of decision maker’s preferences are described. Decision rule which allows to carry out required operation over the set of acceptable alternatives is formulated. Application of simulation for estimation of technological and constructional decisions, which was made during the plant design, is the central feature of presented approach. Model of moulding line refers to discrete-event class. Object-oriented approach was applied for designing of the model and programming language C++ for its implementation. Application of detailed simulation model of moulding line allows to carry out an accurate estimation of technological and constructional characteristics of involved projects. Presented methodology of estimation of investment projects of foundry plants on the basis of moulding lines is tried-and-true method which applies on the phase of designing and engineering of foundry plant.

12. Extracting meaning from sentences of natural language [№4 за 2012 год]

It was proposed a unified form of logical-linguistic model, which is based on the syntactic structure of a sentence of natural language, the meaning of which is to determine reference between the subject (the subject) and the predicate (predicate). The research of various types of sentences was carried out by means of constructing their logicallinguistic models. This proves that the author’s proposed unified form is a kind of template owing by we can formalize all types of sentences. Semantic references between words can be traced in the context formed phrases. The construction of these models allows to compare the texts in the context and to extract knowledge from text information, as well as to find out among them the controversy. Verification of the proposed ideas to represent text information in the form of logical-linguistic models of unified form is an intellectual system CSOFLLM (computer-aided system of forming logical-linguistic models), which is based on the principles of expert systems.

13. Intelligent control of multilinked objects implemented in the situational subprograms [№4 за 2012 год]

A novel technique has been suggested for increasing multidimensional precise logic controller (MPLC) speed of action based on arrangement of production rules in situation subprograms, initial points of which are registered in special register by fuzzification procedure according to equality to the logical unit of the control parameters precise terms. It enabled to process but one subprogram selected during fuzzification rather than the entire system of the controller production rules without damaging control adequacy in each scanning cycle. According to their logical nature, each situation subprogram is a software implementation of a production rule, which must be executed when one of the precise terms of each MPLC controlled parameter is equal to a logical unit. The correct assignment of MPLC controlled output variables ranges the microprocessor executes one rule for each MPLC loop. And to find this rule, the standard procedure for applying to the subprogram is used, which is now well minimized by microprocessor time and storage. It should be noted that in the standard multivariate fuzzy logic controllers the entire system is executed, comprising out of tens or even hundreds of production rules in similar situations in each loop. Two fundamental properties (at any given instant both only one term and only an antecedent of one rule is equal to a logical unit) of precise terms set and production rules systems under consideration are the theoretical basis for improving MPLC speed and reducing its error. This article describes the results of a quantitative estimation of scannig time reduction of the program implementing MPLC in comparison with a typical fuzzy controller. Proposed logic controller used in the distiller control system. Using of multi-dimensional logic controller has reduced the average error of regulation by 42 %, and the liquid pH value at the output of distiller has reduced by 57 %.

14. Interactive bayesian image matting [№4 за 2012 год]

Digital matting is a process of extracting foreground object from an arbitrary natural image. The obtained object layer can be used for photomontage or for retouching the source image. Unlike the image segmentation problem, for fuzzy object edges (hair, feathers etc.) it is required to compute a valid opacity channel. The main disadvantages of existing methods are low accuracy and serious difficulties that occur to the user trying to improve the result, because many algorithms lack interactivity and require a full recomputation of the result. This article describes an interactive image matting algorithm developed by the authors, and its software implementation. Problem statement is formalized using mathematical apparatus of probability theory with respect to pixel colors and opacity values. The proposed approach increases quality of the result. Additionally the hierarchic processing increases the algorithm speed for large images. Improvements are confirmed by numerical evaluation and visual comparison. Also we describe an interactive variant of the algorithm, which allows the user to improve the result without editing the image manually.

15. Interface for study of sub-riemannian geodesics on 3d Lie groups [№4 за 2012 год]

We consider a program interface for evaluation and study of geodesics of sub-Riemannian structures on groups SO(3) and SL(2), which was developed in Wolfram Mathematica. The given interface is the first step towards complete description of geodesic curves of all contact structures on 3-dimensional Lie groups. Equations for the adjoint variables of the Hamiltonian system are the same for all problems. In this paper equations for the Hamiltonian system of Pontryagin’s maximum principle for both cases are presented. Simulation results are demonstrated. Examples of geodesics on SO(3) and on SL(2) in elliptic and hyperbolic cases are shown.

16. The state orders market monitoring information system with the possibility of multi-criteria search, management decision support and results personalization [№4 за 2012 год]

This article shows us the analysis of the most common state orders market participant’s practical problems. The developed system is invited to automate the solution of these problems. This area existing solutions are considered, their main weakness are identified. Also, this article shows us proposed software solutions of multi-criteria search and personalization of results, systems mobility and remote access to its services. The description of system’s architecture is shown. Its functionality software implementation is based on cloud computing model with mobile platforms support. Process of information exchange with the primary data source of state orders (zakupki.gov.ru ftp server), implementation of required data searching with Sphinx full text search server, search logic with configurable filtering of required data are described. This article also shows us the description of the developing systems mobile client structure and logic by implementing mobile app under Apple iOS OS and UI prototypes design (custom filters screen prototypes, orders news feed, selected contracts detailed information screen). Intended systems user contingent, composition of practical problems, which can be solved by means of the system, are analyzed and described.

17. Использование биометрической криптографии в системе управления доступом [№4 за 2012 год]

For ensuring protection of a biometric control system with access on the basis of the indistinct ex-tractor, using unprotected communication channels from internal and from external threats it is necessary to exclude transfer and storage of biometric data and the sequence generated on their basis, and also transfer of auxiliary data of an indistinct ex-tractor.The ZK authentication protocol based on biometric fuzzy extractor and ElGamal encryption system is proposed. Advantages, disadvantages and aspects of the practical using of this protocol are discussed. In this work the ZK protocol based on identification on an open key криптосистемы by El-Gamalya is offered. The checking party ciphers any number by means of an open key of the proving party, if the proving party can correctly decipher it by means of the confidential key which is generated by an indistinct ex-tractor, will confirm the authenticity. Advantage of the protocol is lack of need of storage of confidential user data on the party of a subsystem of management of access. It is possible to consider as the main shortcoming that it is necessary for users to store carriers with their open auxiliary data. On the other hand, the information carrier is an additional factor of authentification.

18. Studying the statistical properties of finite automata minimization algorithms using ReFaM [№4 за 2012 год]

In the present paper we consider the minimization of nondeterminisitc finite automata using ReFaM. This experimental open source software tool provides several exact and approximate state minimization algorithms, such as classical Kameda–Weiner algorithm and some heuristic algorithms based on it, which are implemented using OpenMP and MPI parallel programming techniques. Usually software products that deal with finite automata and related structures do not provide algorithms for nondeterministic finite automata minimization due to their computational complexity therefore the considered program can be used for research and educational purposes. One of the distinguishing features of this software is that it explains the minimization process in details and collects statistics of all minimization steps. The description of the program features as well as some experimental results is provided.

19. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the open information systems [№4 за 2012 год]

This article deals with the method of the formation of the virtual laboratory complexes and its location through the use of an automated system in the open information space to carry out the remote experiments. As such, the virtual laboratory complex and the automated system are the effective tools to integrate the intellectual assets, user-friendly and often indispensable tool to solve the scientific, educational and business problems. The research resources include the intellectual assets (object models and modes of their research, computer programs of research, experiments results). We determined the main processes of the formation of the virtual laboratory complexes: problem statement, preparation for the formalization, formalization, algorithm elaboration, building of the multitemporal models or problem solution using the hardware and software system; operation with the simulation model of the object; and analysis of the results and search for knowledge retrieval. The automated system and the virtual laboratory complexes are developed in accordance with the principles of the open systems and ensure the following characteristics achievement: ergonomics, it’s handy and practical tool for the scientific, educational and business researchers; scalability, it’s expandability by users and virtual laboratories; it supports the tasks of the several basic groups of users (science, education, business); it has a mechanism to expand according to the types and number of the virtual laboratories; interoperability, it integrates and manages by diverse software and hardware, by process-oriented research; mobility, it supports the virtual laboratories, regardless of their hardware.

20. Fuzzy classifier base rule collective forming [№4 за 2012 год]

An approach of fuzzy classifier base rule collective forming with generated with self-tuning coevolutionary algorithms fuzzy classifier ensemble is observed. Results of the approach applying for practical classification problems are presented. The main result of our work is collective fuzzy classifier forming method. Having generated some fuzzy classifiers we are able to construct more effective classifier from previous classifiers using again cooperative-competitive coevolutionary algorithm. A number of using fuzzy rules isn’t increasing with this method. The approach of multistep fuzzy classifier forming has the following features: the method improves classification performance without increasing number of rules, the method reduces diversity of performance values for multiple algorithm runs, i.e. the method has higher statistical stability, the method is more effective for more complicated classification problems (more attributes and classes).Fuzzy classifier forming methods comparison with alternative classification methods by performance value demonstrates that both fuzzy classifier forming methods have better efficiency that present-day classification algorithms.
