The article covers evolution of information systems architecture beginning from file systems up to self-organizing information systems. Requirements to the basic components of information systems are stated. Advantages and disadvantages of each information systems architecture are given. Appropriateness of self-organizing information systems interaction with the system of hierarchically organized users is shown. The authors ground that such interaction will lead to forming the system of higher hierarchical level, and the process of its subsystems co-evolution will many times accelerate optimization and evolution of the entire system and each of its subsystems.

The procedure of calculation of the coefficients of the comparative value of particular diagnostic indices, based on the modified procedure of the paired comparisons of their significance and the relation of the partial transitivity of the paired estimations given by expert is described. In article it is shown that purposeful accumulation and the analysis of the data about the failures accompanying them factors and circumstances are necessary for forecasting of kinds of the most possible failures. For the decision of a problem of forecasting of failures possibility and prospect of application of the theory of recognition of images is shown. On the elementary example the approach to forecasting of the reasons of possible failures of pipelines on set of supervision over breakdown susceptibility and factors accompanying failures is developed and illustrated.
