21. Precedent decision support system in administrative cases [№1 за 2018 год]

The paper describes a developed precedent decision support system for analysis of administrative cases. The system supports the possibility of working through both the web interface, and a desktop application. It provides automation of decision support and procedural deadlines control, automation of collection, planning and analysis of information used in the proceedings on administrative violations. The system is intended for organizations authorized to initiate and examine cases of administrative offences. The paper describes the developed information-logical project, the architecture, program modules and functional capabilities of the developed system. The system provides the formation of documents and reports necessary to keep records of administrative cases. The system controls the procedural terms of production, forms a task calendar for each user of the system. The system provides decision support in the proceedings on administrative offenses. The paper describes an integrated mathematical model of decision support based on the ontological knowledge representation model and Case-based reasoning technology. It describes the use of precedents (patterns) to solve similar problems in knowledge bases. The approach to pattern reasoning implemented in the system uses both general knowledge of the subject area, the same sort of situations and solutions, and specific data and conclusions from concrete situations (patterns). The decision on the task is made by finding a similar situation in the past and using the taken decision. It is expected that the application of scientific and practical results based on the results of the work will increase the effectiveness of organizations involved in the process of proceedings in administrative cases.

22. Anomaly prediction in tensioning devices operation of a color coating line of metal under conditions of small number of failures [№1 за 2018 год]

The article presents an anomaly prediction model in tensioning devices operation in a color coating line of metal based on the Random Forest machine-learning algorithm with a minimum of precedents in a training data. The task of the machine-learning algorithm is to predict a normal signal for each motor current using signal values in the current time interval from other motors. Random Forest is used to build models that predict the normal operation of equipment. The model is trained on the data from equipment sensors during its operation. The model is tuned on the data of previous failures of tensioning devices. In order to detect failures, the model analyzes the difference in the readings of the actual and forecast signals at each time point with the selected interval. The article describes the stages of constructing the model, presents the scheme of a color coating line, and gives information on tuning the model in software specially designed to predict anomalies in the operation of tensioners of a color coating line for metal. There is the developed approach that allows implementing the developed forecasting models at an enterprise quickly and effectively. There is a special translator script to re-train the model quickly in R language and convert the model to C# classes (in which the software is developed). The developed model makes it possible to monitor the unit operation effectively and automatically inform a repair unit supervisor in case of anomalies in electric motor operation.

23. Multilingual thesaurus development framework [№1 за 2018 год]

The paper describes a new tool for creating a bilingual Russian-Tatar thesaurus. The paper lists the requirements for the implementation of the tool: support for selected formalism of thesaurus knowledge representation, support for multilingual thesauri, teamwork support; publishing a thesaurus in the Linking Open Data cloud (LOD); cross-platform and free licensing. The paper gives a detailed analysis of the existing editors of general purpose ontologies and specialized thesaurus editors based on SKOS, WordNet and RuThes models, which include: Protégé/WebProtégé, VocBench, PoolParty, iQvoc, SKOSEd, OMWEdit, WordNetLoom, GernEdiT, DEBVisDic, WordNet Editor, YARN and RuThes editors. It also describes the advantages and disadvantages of these editors and, therefore, it explains the choice of the RuThes model, and the reasons of developing an own tool that meets all the initial requirements. The new tool for developing a bilingual thesaurus is implemented as a web application with support for teamwork and publishing the thesaurus data in LOD. The paper describes the user interface (UI) both for the end-user, and the database editor modes. It is stressed that the software can be used not only for developing a Russian-Tatar thesaurus, but also for other languages. The goals for the further development are: UI refining, including advanced graphical visualization; integration with electronic cases and additional dictionaries; LOD publication module finalization; a universal tool for Lemon ontology-based lexical resources development; individual lexical units detailed description module development.

24. Algorithm and software of automated process control system with established product parameters [№1 за 2018 год]

The quality of a product, which was manufactured during some technological process, is evaluated using its input parameter values. For example, the main fermentation process creates beer, its readiness is characterized by the quantity of alcohol, acids, alkali in beer wort, extract content value, etc. The dynamics of product parameters changes is often different or mixed, external influences are unpredictable, so control of such processes is a complex scientific problem. It is particularly difficult to predict parameter values for a specified time, as well as to determine the technological process completion time taking into account the impact of external factors and controlling action of the automated process control system. The paper presents the developed models and algorithms, which can be used by the automated process control system with es-tablished product parameters. The paper focuses on the problems of predicting product parameters dynamics, as it largely affects the product quality and its manufacturing time. The paper proposes the scheme, algorithms, models and units of the automated process control system based on the Kalman fil-ter. User screen forms and the displayed information of each unit is also presented. The algorithm is implemented in a high-level programming language C#.

25. The software of the automated training control system for operators of ergotechnical radio-electronic means [№1 за 2018 год]

The balance between duration of open and traditional training depends on the adequacy of computer training systems and telecommunication capabilities. It is important to note that technical costs of telecommunication means can reduce the adequacy of computer training systems in network performance. The main reason of the conflict between the as-sessments of proficiency levels of operators who trained at computer training systems and at standard equipment are unaccounted skills caused by the inadequacy of computer training systems in relation to standard equipment, which leads to a conflict of determining curricula. Consequently, the paper presents software for an automated training control system for operators of ergotechnical electronic equipment. The software consists of separate modules. There is a possibility of their expansion and modernization. The software for operators’ training planning and evaluation of equipment adequacy allow creating individual training curricula for electronic equipment operators by the minimum cost criterion. The program of defining a system relations structure (Schedule TR) allows automating the analysis of application conditions of systems for various purposes and identifying individual learning plans for a particular specialist. The program of evaluating the adequacy of the automated information system of developing an ergotechnical complex, which has the Adequacy TR hierarchical structure, is based on the remote survey using telecommunication means for trainees who completed the training course, which included computer training systems and standard equipment. The program of defining meaningful components of training exercises and training plans is developed to automate the correction for selected operations and specified RF conditions of operating radio electronic means of appropriate curriculum meaningful components. According to selected training means and the number of trainings on each training tool, it corrects appropriate meaningful components of a curriculum during training of operators. The program “The system of objective operating control of actions of DIA information system operators” provides an operational objective control of operators’ action. The training planning control program for specialists of ergotechnical systems (“Information conflict-proof automated system for rational planning of practical training for operators of DIA radio electronic objects”) allows automating operators’ training management using the computer training systems.

26. Software to solve the problems of optimizing transport objects placement based on the algorithm of projection clustering [№1 за 2018 год]

The choice of the logistics centers optimal placing is an important task for all types of transportations. Solving it for real problems of a region or country leads to mathematical algorithms of high complexity. The paper proposes a mathematical model and a new method for solving the problem of logistics centers optimal placement of a two-tier transportation network based on the mathematical apparatus of a cluster analysis. As geoinformation parameters of supplier plants, as well as a road topology, stations or other objects of transport infrastructure are given, there is the problem of an optimal choice of logistics centers. For example, logistics centers for a railways network can be container points. The optimization criterion is minimization of the total traffic volume in ton-kilometers from production to container points. For this purpose, the model of partitioning objects into clusters is used as an optimization mathematical model. The required clusters are subsets of production points with their own centers (container points). Since cluster centers must be located at railway stations, the article suggests a new clustering algorithm with a projection. The paper investigates the possibilities of such clustering algorithm called k-means pro. It also considers the methodology of selecting the number of centers (clusters) by a generalized economic indicator of transportation costs and costs for creating logistics centers. Based on the created software, there are some examples of calculations for enterprises and railways of the Volga Federal District.

27. A software complex for designing unburned monomeneral composites [№1 за 2018 год]

The paper presents a software complex to control the synthesis of unburned building composites based on monomineralic raw materials and industrial wastes of composites, as well as separate software products to design components and process parameters. The authors apply a new approach to the design of building product raw mixtures, which makes it possible to reduce energy and resource costs in production by organizing the production of gypsum materials excluding expensive operations (technological transfers), such as raw materials baking to obtain binder and heat treatment of finished products (drying). The use of such production, which excludes the stage of obtaining a mineral binder from natural or man-made raw materials, makes it possible to significantly simplify the technological process of obtaining building materials, while reducing their production costs. It also allows using in a construction industry the waste from mining and sawing natural stone materials that are not suitable for their physical and mechanical characteristics to obtain traditional binders. The possibility of obtaining unburned materials is based on using a mechanism of non-hydration hardening of two-water gypsum. For this purpose, it is necessary to ensure the selection of an optimal granularity composition with the possibility to manage corrective and preventive actions operatively. The efficiency of the process is determined by the limiting stage organization. It is the design process that is a solution to a complex multicriterion task. Another criterion is feedback establishment, i.e. information control and analysis at the relevant stages of a technological process. The design complex assumes using separate software products that are necessary to determine structure characteristics of the non-hydration hardening system, selection of the required granularity composition of a raw mixture and the press powder optimum moisture, assignment of technological regimes based on forecasting the finished product properties.

28. Development of a simulation model for hydroelectric set process values for training operation staff [№1 за 2018 год]

Training of a hydropower plants (HPP) operating personnel is one of the most effective means of professional training, as it provides an opportunity to train process control skills in a normal mode or in an emergency. A software simulator is intended for emulation of HPP technological processes, including indication, safety interlocks, and the behavior of real equipment. This is especially important for HPP operators since their work involves perception of big amounts of infor-mation. The article describes the requirements to a simulator training for HPP operating personnel and training scenarios. The paper also provides some examples of hydroelectric set (HES) process values and their corresponding trend lines. The purpose of the work is to develop a HES model that will allow simulating its modes and generating its process values in intervals corresponding to the real ones. The authors propose to consider building a HES simulation model as a problem of regression recovery. As an approach to solving the problem, the authors have chosen neural network technologies since they can simulate complex relationships between HES process values and determine its future values with high accuracy. In addition, artificial neural networks are well trained on real historical data obtained from a HES control system. There is a developed special software module for simulation HU process values. It constructs n three-layer feedforward neural networks for a group of n selected for a certain scenario input values, i.e. it models the dependence of each of n values on the remaining (n-1) ones. The paper also provides function and scripts implemented in this software module.

29. Development of an educational course ontological model for distance learning systems [№1 за 2018 год]

There are several information systems in the information educational space “SSAU school of informatics” including two e-learning systems, which are built on different technologies (one is baseв on LMS Moodle, another is on the virtual world technology). Both systems are designed for studying the same educational content. However, the forms of presentation are different. The systems also have a similar learning course structure: the course content is presented like a tree, the root of the tree is divided into topics, which consist of lections and tests, lections split into paragraphs, each might include pictures; tests include questions with a different number of answer options. The authors have developed software, which allows synchronizing an educational content of two systems, but its usage turned up rather inconvenient. The article presents one of the ways to solve the problem of common using of the educational content by different distance learning systems. It is based on the learning course ontological model. The authors review literature on using ontological models in distance education, offer a learning course ontological model, which is developed using the open-source ontology editor and the Protégé framework for building knowledge bases. Ontologies, which are created in Protégé, can be exported in many different formats, including RDF (RDF Schema), OWL and XML Schema. The paper also shows the operation scheme of the knowledge base service. Implementation of the learning course ontological model and its integration into the information educational space “SSAU school of in-formatics” will help to increase the efficiency of learning course development and using of learning content.

30. Development of a software package for the registration of laboratory animals [№1 за 2018 год]

Research in molecular genetics are associated with accumulation and storage of a large amount of data obtained during experiments. The collected data are used for further analysis and validation of the study results. Currently global projects and resources for storage and processing genome sequencing results are developing (such as "Human Genome", "1000 Genomes" and others). Such projects provide data and research to a wide range of users. However, every study needs its own storage format and software for processing these data. When people work with living organisms at the laboratory, they need to organize animals registration, considering the norms and standards applicable in this field. The software system for this purpose should be consistent with the research objectives and provide the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive data analysis and reporting. This article describes a software system for recording laboratory animals, which is suitable for research carried out by the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics of the innate immunity of Petrozavodsk State University. In addition to the storing data on animals, the system includes the methods of storage and visualization of the animals’ pedigree that allows tracking changes in animal’s genotype for several generations. The proposed system allows analyzing animal survival and making statistical processing of data genotyping. This program provides a record of all laboratory animals involved in the experiment, the animal ancestors and descendant’s record. It also provides the animal genetic data basic statistical processing possibility and contains various reference books and reports, a user-friendly interface. Currently, the software system is put into operation. The database contains data on more than 5,000 animals.
