31. About the organization of an uninterrupted network for transfer short messages in case of dangerous situations [№4 за 2012 год]

Recently in the world and in the Russian Federation it is paid much attention to work of communication systems of civil appointment in case of emergency situations. Supernumerary work of communication networks, is caused by explosive character of a transferred traffic on a network. As a result, as a rule, a part of networks fail that in turn complicates the population notification about the current situation. This article suggests to use gateway knots of data transmission, which will allow to transfer short disturbing messages and as to participate in system of informing and the population notification in case of an emergency situation. In article questions of the organization of an effective network of transfer of short messages in case of emergency situations are considered, the concept of placement of the gateway knots, allowing to transfer short messages between subscribers of various communication networks of the general using is considered. The conceptual model of a network of the notification and the spot news (WITH and ES) on the basis of the theory of non-stationary S-hyper networks is given. The description of algorithm and the program of the solution of these tasks is given. Recommendations to use of DBMS of the similar tasks focused on performance are made.

32. Branches optimization in binary translator for «Elbrus» architecture [№4 за 2012 год]

MCST company develops «Elbrus» architecture microprocessors. For «Elbrus» architecture binary translation system LIntel is developed. Lintel allows execute Intel x86 applications on «Elbrus» microprocessors. Multilevel optimizing binary translator is important component of Lintel. Branch preparing instructions in «Elbrus» architecture allow parallelize program execution and process branches instructions immediately, without loss of processor time. Applying branches optimization in binary translator allows transfer branch preparing instructions between linear sections of program. This optimization leads to system performance improvement.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling is a powerful numerical method for solving equations related to the flow of liquids and gases. Over the last ten years, CFD modeling has become an integral part of engineer design and analyses of many companies due to its ability to predict new schemes and processes before their realization and application. Nowadays, CFD software packages are considered as a standard tool not only for prediction of the liquid’s behavior, but also for description of heat transfer, mass transfer (dissolution), phase transition (freezing, melting, boiling), chemical transformation (combustion, oxidation), mechanical motion (agitator, turbine) and deformation of solid constructions. Development of new areas of industry requires design of new equipment and technological schemes that respond to the requirement of production of qualitative material, considering resource and energy conservation and taking into account ecology problems. Supercritical drying is a method of aerogel obtainment. At its core, the supercritical drying is a solvent replacement in the pores of the gel on the supercritical fluid by diffusion. After that, pressure reset to the atmospheric and, therefore, fluid transfer in the gaseous state. Special reactor is needed to implement such a process. It must be designed for the required parameters and manufactured with appropriate materials. The article presents an example of using CFD Fluent software package for processes optimization in supercritical reactor of certain geometry. The best geometry of the object was shown and recommendations for modernization were done.

34. Model of concurrent execution of program. Estimares of execution time [№4 за 2012 год]

Concurrent programming has become one of the main directions of the information technologies development. Concurrent execution models and characteristics connected with them are important for the development of program systems. Such models allow to understand which acceleration may be obtained using concurrency in our program. A model of concurrent execution in computer system with common memory is considered. The running program is regarded as a set of modules connected by data. This link is reflected by graph of dependencies. The goal of the present paper is establishing the estimates of execution time program by one processor – T1, finite number of processors – Tp and unlimited number of processors – T . Such estimates are known for the case when execution times of all modules in our program are equal. We will establish the estimates for the case more interesting for practice when execution times of all modules are different. In the paper we show the execution time for the case of p processors to satisfy the following relations: 1 1 T T Tp T p p    + .

35. Parallel software package for optimal development Of dynamic flow network [№4 за 2012 год]

In this paper the model of the dynamic transport network is suggested. The dynamic transport network is defined as the delivery network which connects some amount of supplies, distributers and consumers. Parameters of this network (demand and consumption) stochastically change depending on the time. In this paper the problem of optimal development of such network is researched. Optimal development is the development, the object of which is the maximum satisfaction of consumers’ demand over the model time. The parallel algorithm of optimal development network problem solving is suggested. The necessity of creation such an algorithm is conditioned by large amount of computational operations, which are needed for problem solving of real transport network graphs. The suggested algorithm is taken as a basis of the software package, which allows solving the given problem at supercomputers. The ADOT language, which is the extension of DOT language, is described. This language allows representing the input data in user-friendly form. The approbation of this software package is executed at Lomonosov supercomputer. The graphics of algorithm time solving, speedup and efficiency are represented. The scheme of optimal task scheduling development is described in this paper.

36. Approaches to analyzing the accuracy of multiagent models of dynamic systems [№4 за 2012 год]

Currently, modeling is the most frequently used methods of analysis objects and processes. However, keeping in mind the complexity of dynamical systems, the simulation is the most efficient kind of modeling. Its application provides an opportunity to analyze hard-formalizable not previously encountered tasks, which are hardly described by analytic expression. Multi-agent models are the one of the varieties of simulation models that reflect the world as a set of separate subsystems – the agents. This article analyzes the role of multi-agent simulation for solving forecasting dynamic systems in adaptation to unsteady external and internal environment. It’s appropriated four types of variation (changes in organizational structure of the model, changes of the agent interaction model, changes of the agent architecture, changes of the internal agent characteristics and parameters), arising during the operation of the multi-agent model. Based on the identified classes of variability it’s proposed to use hierarchical multi-agent models that can adapt to the unsteady conditions of external and internal environment. At the same time in case of using this approach to modeling a problem of evaluating the effectiveness of the model is appeared. Hence, the role of the model performance monitoring based on approximation data analyses algorithms is increasing. In this article a method of the model accuracy estimating, which allows to allocate two types of errors, is proposed. The occurrence of the first type errors determines the advisability of the classification model reconstruction, based on a locally-approximation algorithms, including the initial stage of clustering trajectories. The occurrence of the second type errors testifies to the need to redirect implementation of the classification path to the selected class.

37. Noise combating layered space block code [№4 за 2012 год]

The transmitter is equipped with multiple transmit antennas can transmit multiple signals simultaneously, and the receiver uses multiple receiving antennas, allows more reliable reception. Creating space code, which will be used in the multi-antenna communication systems, we have to choose between the speed of transmission and noise combating. This article presents noise combating layered space code. Parameters allow you to get the code of its implementation, focused on a particular channel with fading. Feature of the code is that it does not have symbolic redundancy, and the fact that each of the transmit antennas are always involved. The proposed code uses the spatial, temporal and frequency types of diversity.

38. Use the linear programming for cad designing of additional aerodynamic surfaces [№4 за 2012 год]

The method of automatized designing with developed program resources and optimal choice of additional aerodynamic surfaces by the production costs criterion for main aircraft providing with maximum aerodynamic efficiency for the specific type of main aircraft was formulated and justified in the article. The method is based on developed algorithm using linear programming namely the simplex method. The task solution process of linear programming by the simplex method has the iterative process, i.e. the calculation procedures of the same type and repeated in specific sequence before the optimal solution will not get. As the model has some variables the task can be solved in diagram form. The diagram method usage is in geometric representation, acceptable solutions, in which all model confines are satisfied simultaneously. The offered methods can distinguish the next features of considered method, the realization of which gets the new capabilities in task solutions of fleet’s management of main aircraft with program resources for computer. This methods allows to identity the need tape of additional aerodynamic surfaces for the main aircraft of the same type to get the economic interpretation of obtained solution.

39. The use of the software product «2P-Kadry!» to improve the efficiency of the use of human resources of the enterprise [№4 за 2012 год]

In this article the problems of application software products of domestic and foreign developments are considered to improve the efficiency of the labor resources of industrial enterprises. It is shown that application of the automated information system «2P-Kadry!» is the most effective enterprise in the transition of the Russian economy to the market economy and the fundamental changes in the formation of enterprise labor resources. In enterprises the implementation of embedded software «2P-Kadry!» functions will significantly reduce the number of managers and specialists, to implement the marketing conduct of the labor resources, the planning personnel work, to provide the operative accounting of the personnel, to calculate the personnel potential and enterprise needs in the labor resources, to substantiate the effectiveness of management decisions, etc.

A construction philosophy for digital information resources by digital libraries tools is considered. Russian Scientific Heritage Digital Library Project is under consideration. Place and role of the Russian Scientific Heritage Digital Library among similar local and international projects where defined. Basic architecture statements and data aggregation tools for digital library construction were presented. Sources, types and structure of the digital objects were discussed. Data integration and federation concept as a main stone for the common education and scientific space is presented. Collaboration across national boundaries and information sources defined as imperative.
