Described the structure of a relational database, which allows to describe graphs and undirected hypergraphs with restrictions. An algorithm and its realization as the program Conclus for analysis of data on protein structures are described. The program selects parts of a molecule that are evolutionary conserved hydrophobic clusters. Also the article contains a minimal information necessary for understanding biochemical and biophysical aspects of the algorithm. The program Conclus was tested on a number of families of protein domains and is equipped with a web interface publicly available via Internet.

The basic stages of carrying out of kinetic studies, construction of high-precision kinetic models, and identification of kinetic constants of models, planning of starting and precision experiments are considered. A set of algorithms and programs for identification of kinetic constants of complex chemical reactions, planning of precision experiments and construction of optimal plans of experiments according to the criterion of a D-optimality has been developed.

In this paper we propose a new method for building synthetic flexible model of human head from images. We present a novel heuristic algorithm and new metric for determination of similarity measure of built head model and facial features on input photographs. Applicability of proposed method for human head modeling from images is corroborated by results of experiments on real world data.
