The work is devoted to development of an algorithm for computing and studying an ambiguity function of broadband coherent multifrequency probe signals used for portraits of range surveillance radars. To estimate the radar resolution along the radial distance, the authors has obtained a universal analytical expression for an ambiguity function of broadband coherent multifrequency sounding signals. There are two types of these signals: "open" and "serried". For this purpose the authors use a general symmetrical expression of complex mismatch functions for coherent sig-nals with united energy. The authors developed an algorithm and software for calculating an ambiguity function of multifrequency sounding sig-nals using MATLAB 6.5 (the language of engineering and mathematical calculations) to investigate the ambiguity function of a rectangular pulses set with different frequencies normalized to the maximum value of the uncertainty body. The article gives the results of the ambiguity function investigation with different parameters of multifrequency sound ing signals. For special cases this expression coincides with the known. The algorithm allows getting a the ambiguity function and its section s with different parameters of multifrequency sounding signals (pulse width, pulse repetition period in a pack, the duty cycle, the number of pulses in a small pack (one frequency), the number of small packets (number of frequencies), the change in frequency from one subpack to another subpack (from one small pack to another small pack), the pulse spectrum width ). The computing and research algorithm for the ambiguity function differs from the known because of new relations that take into account parameters variations of multifrequency sounding signals within their duration, and new numerical dete r-mination procedures for the ambiguity function that reduce computing costs. Obtained expressions can be used for modeling and evaluating the ambiguity function at different parameters of multifrequency probe signals. That signals are used for making range portraits recognition of classes and types of air objects by a decision maker when selecting radar recognition system and comparing alternatives.

This article examines the problem of simulation system choice for globally distributed automated information systems (AIS) research. A special type of AIS, the so called globally distributed ones, has emerged in recent years. Such sys-tems differ from their predecessors thanks to having a central database and a complicated structure of hundreds local databas e management systems (DBMS) distributed over a significant area. The author describes the key features of the discussed sys-tems and insists on the necessity of studying information processing technologies progressing in them. The choice of the simulation method for such cases of analysis is well-grounded. The article also analyzes popular and reasonable software packages related to simulation: Simulink, GPSS World, Extend and Arena; and gives generalized descriptions of every soft-ware product. The author considers the thesis of non-obviousness while discussing the choice of software products and offers to evaluate their quality presented as a set of system properties essential for solving the occurred problem. To construct th e hierarchy of features the author uses the classification of software products possibilities given in "Simulation" by David Kelton. Indicator value summation for local or integral tree groups is used as an aggregating mechanism. At the same time quality weights of various systems are compared. It helps to choose the most optimum (with higher quality weight) system. As a result of the study, the author suggests using Simulink simulation system for analyzing globally distributed automated information systems.

The article discusses the structure of the software complex for engineering and technical security assessment of an object. Facilities for engineering and technical security (FETS) are an essential component in the design of physical pr o-tection systems (PPS). It affects the security of the whole object. PPS design process has uncertainties that are generally a s-sociated with the incompleteness of a priori knowledge about the problem. Therefore a developed CAD system should in-clude intellectual component based on the fuzzy sets theory. The article discusses a software system structure for engineerin g and technical security assessment of an object, an algorithm of decision making support for an object security assessment and a conceptual model of the prototype object security analysis system. The paper describes in details software modules of a prototype: a module to assess structural protection of the object critical elements (CE); a module to assess a required level of the object CE protection; a quality score module for engineering and technical security of the object; a module to determine a required level of protection for the object CE; a module to determine the level of FETS of the object CE.

Nowadays the solution of target distribution problem in the staffs of military districts is performed "manually". It does not allow react quickly to sudden situation changes and making adjustments in the target allocation process. In the context of sharp increasing of troops mobility, decrease of time spending on planning their actions is not only relevant, but also one of the most important tasks of military science. An automated complex model for target allocation of enemy destruc-tion objective was designed at the academy as a part of the research work. The model was tested during a joint strategic exe r-cises "West-2013". This software package development allowed improving the fire damage planning group work and a com-mander’s decision making efficiency. To form spatial data in a geographic information system, classifiers developed using GOST R 52439-2005 are a manda-tory requirement. Thus, the design of a software system model with an electronic map visualization system, its application technologies and testing showed the need in making a decision to use several well -known classifiers or to create a new digital classifier. It was not possible to solve all the problems for software complex model for target allocation of enemy d estruction objec-tive using just known classifiers. Furthermore, the use of not one but several classifiers of symbols can complicate a visual i-zation system operation algorithm significantly. Therefore, in order to reflect the situation and the results of solving target al-location computational problem in the program using symbols, a Rigel classifier have been created. The article presents the results of creating digital classifier to show the situation and the results of solving electronic map computational problem.

The article describes modeling development scenarios for the Unified Gas Supply System using the "Oil and Gas of Russia" software package. It pays particular attention to detecting potential weak spots in the energy system. They are the facilities that do not have a production capacity reserve. Such facilities can be a cause of energy resource shortage most often. This paper considers a model to assess production capabilities of the Unified Gas Supply System. This model can solve the problem of detecting bottlenecks in the Unified Gas Supply System by providing consumers with gas as needed. The model is also can be used to arrange bottlenecks by the priority steps to minimize energy shortages for a consumer. The paper describes the model as a linear programming problem of finding the maximum flow of minimum cost. The au-thors use the dual assessments device to solve the problem of arranging the bottlenecks by the priority steps to minimize e n-ergy shortages for a consumer using the "Oil and Gas of Russia" software package. The bottlenecks detecting and arranging module performance is demonstrated in the analysis of the possibility to transfer Russian gas transportation system gas dur-ing putting into service the Bovanenkovskoe gasfield in the Yamal Peninsula.

The paper proposes an approach to create various problem-oriented Web interfaces for the URAN supercom-puter using Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems. These Web interfaces are based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 using two external extension modules from the “iLove SharePoint” bundle: Power Web-part and Advanced Workflow Ac-tions. These extensions provide the necessary functionality to run the Windows PowerShell scripts within SharePoint. The SSH.NET library provides the facilities to run the necessary PowerShell cmdlets to interact the systems. Also, this paper pro-vides an example of imitating the MATLAB user interface using the SharePoint Web-parts. This is achieved by implement-ing a Power Web-part that contains the PowerShell script which uses the SharePoint object model to generate the necessary user interface elements. The script performs user input and output processing, invocation of the SLURM resource manage-ment system, producing and transferring of the MATLAB commands. It is recommended to use InfoPath forms and docu-ment libraries to solve complex problems. It is possible to connect the SharePoint worker processes that create computational tasks to SLURM using Advanced Workflow Actions for SharePoint Designer 2010. The interaction between the URAN clus-ter's head node and SharePoint is carried out under the SSH protocol using SSH.NET library. The article also considers some security issues of the proposed solution.

The paper suggests a concept of an experimental-analytical method of engineering analysis and optimization of processes of non-uniform materials plastic deformation. The authors have developed a mathematical model to determine fi-bers damage and a fiber composite basis. The offered method considers macro level inhomogeneity, i.e. the certain scheme is applied depending on the type of a composite. The design of the hybrid modeling complex is shown. Basic components are: an Abaqus system, mathematical and operating subsystems and a knowledge base. Python language libraries are used in a mathematical subsystem. It is an alternative to MATLAB packadge. The authors developed an algorithm to solve problems in a hybrid modeling complex. To solve fiber composites quality forecasting problems when compressing there is a program module with Abaqus interface and a subprogram for defining composite damage based on the developed mathematical mo d-el. The article illustrates practical application of a software complex on an example of modeling of Nb -Ti+Cu composite ex-trusion process. There are the results of fiber damage defining based on Johnson-Cook dynamic failure model and the of-fered technique.

18. Control concept for a forging design process in CAD system [№3 за 2014 год]

CAD systems for forging various kinds of forgings using hammers and presses give users the opportunity to correct results obtained in the automatic mode. Thus design results are a set of process variables reflected in a forging pro cess chart. Correction of any of these parameters generally requires the second redesign of the entire process with allowance for previous adjustments. In this sense we talk about controlling the desig process by user. The paper describes the principles of a design process control system in forging CAD systems on the example of press-forging of shafts. In general, all adjustable design parameters and supported control actions are divided into four groups a c-cording to the level of significance: general, global, local and individual. The authors developed a classification system for the adjustable process variables and control actions. They also defined an interrelation of control parameters and control a c-tions between groups as well as within each group. A mathematical logic apparatus is used to describe the control principles of CAD system for press-forging of shafts in the active user dialogue mode. Obtained results allow improving system stability under changing manufacturing conditions. This simplifies its imple-mentation in various enterprises and creates preconditions for developing genetic algorithms of forging technology design, when applied control actions are systematized and automatically used by the system to improve matching algorithms while accumulating design results during system operation.

Nowadays the importance of automatic syntactic analysis of natural language texts is obvious. Phenomenon of homonymy is a feature of any natural language. It is the main reason which explains complexity of the task of automatic syn-tactic analysis: the same language signs placed into different contexts can be interpreted differently. Note that in a natural languages there is one more phenomenon besides homonymy. Its potential ambiguity is shown also well. This phenomenon is ellipsis. Despite common nature of both phenomena and the fact that homonymy is studied by computer linguistics during decades, the ellipsis is mentioned in some papers only in passing. Nowadays even the simplest ellipsis cases are a hard obsta-cle for syntactic analysis algorithms. An approach to solve the problem of automatic syntactic analysis is proposed in the paper. Correct processing of elliptic constructions is a natural element of a general scheme of syntactic analysis including three parallel functioning mechanisms (mechanisms of predictions, mechanism of mergers and estimation mechanism) is the main feature of the approach.

20. Three step clustering of dynamic internet resources using document object models [№3 за 2014 год]

The paper discusses the problem of clustering internet resources related to search engines optimization. The research work was made in conditions when cluster's structure is changing with time according to the text content of internet resources dynamic components. The DOM of modern internet resources includes a set of dynamic components that have the ability of changing its con-tent whenever a browser loads it. In this case, it is not admissible to use classic cluster analysis without paying attention on the dynamic components. The authors investigate the situation when cluster structure changes in time according to changing text content of DOM dynamic components. Changes in internet resources directly affect clusters' structure qualitatively and quantitatively. As a result, there are clusters' drifts and diffusions. As a suggestion it is recommended to use DOM-filtration in order to achieve a higher static level with a stable cardinality of the characteristic vectors. A new possibility of improve-ment of the “ownership level” dynamic indicator can be achieved after a three step clustering algorithm using DOM-filter. After making the research work we've got a stable state cluster. A program implemented with Visual Studio 2010 was used to access the content of internet resources. After loading an internet resource in a web-browser all DOM components were saved in a relational data base. All clustering analysis and calculations were made using MS SQL Server 2012. The offered approach can be implemented to improve the search engines that use clustering methods for internet re-sources with a big number of dynamic components in its DOM.
