11. Information-communication transport system [№2 за 2013 год]

Original information-communication system of Yekaterinburg Tram-trolleybus administration is presented. It includes the following interconnected program complexes: «Route transport scheduling», «Preparation of drivers and con-ductors dresses», «The dispatcher of release and mobile unit movement», «Electronic route sheet», «The timesheet of drivers and conductors», «The route sheet of EMUP TTU motor transport service», «Transport of Yekaterinburg». The given system allows receiving accounting technical and economic indicators about work of mobile units, of drivers and conductors, of structural divisions and of the enterprise as a whole. Conceptual models are described. The system is developed in the form of the Internet application in PHP language using MySql database. Some separate blocks are developed using Delphi source environment.

12. Data center as an integrator of shared information space for research, education and innovation [№2 за 2013 год]

The necessity of research, education and innovation shared information space is justified. The basic compo-nents for shared information space are supercomputers, communication networks and information resources. Data Сentre is a kernel and data warehouse for shared information space. The main aim and tasks for the Data Centre are defined. The basic principle of the Data Centre architecture is presence of two essential processes: independent development of the digital resources of companies and their integration into shared in-formation space. Data Centre Pilot zone has been set up and presented. Now it is an effective test bed for technical, technological and or-ganization solutions which have been defined for the Data Center project.

13. Artificial worlds: temporal organization principles [№2 за 2013 год]

The issues of time category representation in artificial worlds models including methods based on the concepts of linear, cyclic and branching time are considered. The problem of time representation in informational models is still actual. Basically it is connected with the unsolved problem of time nature in the modern physics and philosophy. One of the fields of the computer science is related to temporal databases. Its purpose is to conceptualize time category and reflect the dynamics of data domain changes. The temporal databases have following characteristic features: the absence of the necessity of irrelevant data removing, the support of the concept of current time and the temporal logic operations. In the context of the artificial worlds models, temporal databases can be used to store the information about the artificial world evolution. This paper offers to use the notion of temporal scales in artificial world’s models for conceptualization of the time cate-gory. The temporal scale is a function which allows normalizing informational snapshots of events in time. Event is for-mation act of qualitative or quantitative value of parameter belonging to the real or artificial world object. It is a result of measurement which can be kept in a database. Temporal scales allow setting and reflecting properties of time in a model: discreteness and continuity, limitation or limitlessness, uniformity and non-uniformity, linearity, recurrence, presence or ab-sence of branching. The modeling of temporal A- and B-rows is also possible. It is established that the choice of the time representation concept influence on results of the artificial world evolution modeling.

14. Using of network planning elements in working-out of a logistics support plan [№2 за 2013 год]

This article describes issues of working-out of a logistics support (LS) plan using network planning elements. The paper gives notions of LS network planning, LS network management, LS network plan, LS network roadmap, depend-ent and independent procedures of LS network plan, bond types between procedures, slack time of procedures timely perfor-mance. In respect to logistics support the article determines background of network planning, types of possible restrictions on procedures timely performance, possible connections between activities of a network plan. It also provides LS network plan-ning algorithm, calculations and payment schemes of slack time depending on the type of restrictions imposed on timely per-formances. As a result there is a network roadmap in the form of a Gantt diagram.

15. Complex method of arithmetic operations performance with fuzzy numbers and its application in the economic analysis under uncertainty [№2 за 2013 год]

Fuzzy logic is widely used in the mathematical description of complex systems under uncertainty. It allows to describe the knowledge presented in a qualitative way without requiring the implementation of the applicability prerequisites of the theory of probability. LR-type fuzzy numbers are a type of fuzzy numbers defined according to certain rules in order to reduce the amount of computation in operations. The article describes and proves a theorem that allows to convert the arithmetic operations with LR-type symmetric fuzzy numbers (addition, multiplication, finding the opposite and inverse elements) to arithmetic operations with complex numbers. The article shows a graphic illustration of the arithmetic operations of fuzzy numbers adding and subtracting in the complex plane which makes it possible to make these arithmetic operations graphically. As it known, widely distributed computer math systems (MATLAB, MathCAD, Maple etc.) have the means to perform arithmetic operations with complex numbers, both in numbers and in symbolic form. At the same time, standard configuration of these systems does not contain tools to perform arithmetic operations with fuzzy numbers. The theorem proposed in the article can simply use these systems in practical calculations with fuzzy numbers. There is an example of net present value calculation under uncertainty. In particular, it is assumed that the investment project income, the money outflow and inflation rate are set by LR-type symmetrical fuzzy numbers.

16. Complex simulator for firing operators training [№2 за 2013 год]

The article presents the questions of practical using of a complex training simulator for a coastal striking force commander and division commanders, who manage striking force tactical employment and firing of divisions. Assignments, structure of the complex simulator, methods of using this simulator for practical training of firing operators are considered. The complex simulator is an educational and training innovative technical training aid that allows reaching handling compe-tence. This includes control skill of missile-firing exercise of the divisions and abilities to operate striking force tactical em-ployment, additionally providing calculation abilities development in weapon fighting operation using device models of mis-sile systems command system. The author suggests the definition «method of using» complex simulator with the explanation of configuration options of the simulator at various using methods. The content of simulator using methods is revealed. The algorithm of complex simu-lator operation parameters calculation is described: numbers of trainings for development of a demanded professional stand-ard and time of simulator loading in educational process.

17. Academic performance rating in the automatic training system [№2 за 2013 год]

The article suggests to upgrade the interface of controlling part for the comfort of the instructor when creating and debugging tests in an automatic training system (ATS). In order to justify this suggestion there is an algorithm of obtain-ing the estimates for the test containing similar questions. It allows offering a unified table for test questions which can be used by programmers and teachers while preparing tests. A teacher also can enter data into the controlling part of ATS by copying their prearranged table in the controlling ATS database table. In order to correct the test it is proposed to use the results of the already collected data. This data are collected in a sepa-rate table which saves answers of the students who passed inspection.

18. Mathematical modeling of the human hypoxic conditions dynamics [№2 за 2013 год]

The article describes the simulation software of the human hypoxic conditions dynamics according to health risk metrics and human performance in terms of low barometric pressure (high altitude flights, mountaineering, space, etc.). The hypoxia dose mathematical model as the integral intensity of hypoxic impact within the time of this factor activity allows passing into the dynamic area of study the effects of hypoxic gas environment (to size up its impact on the human condition in real time). It allows calculating the buffer time of human efficiency saving in conditions of hypoxic hypoxia and recovery time after cut -off of. The developed model provides calculation of probabilities adequate valuation of adverse effects with any velocity profiles and oxygen partial pressure in a trachea, multiplicities and exposure time of hypoxic outward influence. A mathematical model verification based on the results of computer simulation using data from real aircraft cabin depressurization incident with the Tu-154. These results provide decision support when choosing the optimal flight path of aircrafts in the case of cabin depressurization, in assisting the injured and affected in emergencies in the high altitude and in a number of other problems associated with the presence of human beings in hypoxic hypoxia.

19. A method of artificial matching of SQL query to relational databases indexes [№2 за 2013 год]

A local query optimization is an integral part of a database efficiency problem which is as relevant as ever in electronic. Its solving quality affects local queries performance optimization as well as more global optimization levels of da-tabase management systems. There are a lot of methods of local SQL-queries optimizing for relational and object-relational databases. The most of methods focus on lexical optimization, a reducing conversion of search conditions expressions (ab-sorption algorithms and logic expressions minimizing algorithms). In real databases there are different methods are optimal. One of the main tools to increase data retrieval productivity in relational database tables is to create indexes. The article gives a brief overview of the methods of query execution plans optimization and ranking criteria for these plans with a focus on the indexes appliance analysis in query performance improving. The special features of different indexes possible appliance are considered using an object-relational database management system PostgreSQL and Oracle. The article offers a method of improving local SQL Queries efficiency. It based on the joint optimization of WHERE sec-tion logical expression and a list of expressions ORDER BY section of SELECT query command in SQL with a list of com-posite index expressions. There are special conditions for its efficiency. The article shows a formal algorithm description that represents this method, and the simplest, yet affordable for a reader, example for assessing the method efficiency and its ap-propriate use.

20. A redundancy-based functional reliability method for automation facilities sets [№2 за 2013 год]

A redundancy-based method providing a required level of functional reliability of radio-electronic equipment control systems is given. The reliable task solution probability is chosen as the reliability index. The formula for calculating the probability of the reliable task solution is proposed. It considers soft errors and hard faults. The redundancy optimization problem is formulated. An objective function for the optimization task is designed and converted to the form suitable for the bivalent programming. It includes boolean variables. Exact and approximate methods of optimization are realized in MATLAB. The formulas for calculating average time of the optimization using exhaustive and heuristic methods are given. Accuracy estimations of the heuristic methods are given.
