Mathematical statement of the problem by calculation of optimum values of operating parameters - means, on systems of extreme reaction is carried out. Semantic Web and its OWL and RDF specifications was used as foundation for working dealing with knowledge bases and agents allowing process inference and safe discovering new knowledge.
