Nowadays the solution of target distribution problem in the staffs of military districts is performed "manually". It does not allow react quickly to sudden situation changes and making adjustments in the target allocation process. In the context of sharp increasing of troops mobility, decrease of time spending on planning their actions is not only relevant, but also one of the most important tasks of military science. An automated complex model for target allocation of enemy destruc-tion objective was designed at the academy as a part of the research work. The model was tested during a joint strategic exe r-cises "West-2013". This software package development allowed improving the fire damage planning group work and a com-mander’s decision making efficiency. To form spatial data in a geographic information system, classifiers developed using GOST R 52439-2005 are a manda-tory requirement. Thus, the design of a software system model with an electronic map visualization system, its application technologies and testing showed the need in making a decision to use several well -known classifiers or to create a new digital classifier. It was not possible to solve all the problems for software complex model for target allocation of enemy d estruction objec-tive using just known classifiers. Furthermore, the use of not one but several classifiers of symbols can complicate a visual i-zation system operation algorithm significantly. Therefore, in order to reflect the situation and the results of solving target al-location computational problem in the program using symbols, a Rigel classifier have been created. The article presents the results of creating digital classifier to show the situation and the results of solving electronic map computational problem.

Any operating system (OS) includes file management subsystem. Depending of the external memory devices characteristics and storage data conception in OS, data physical organization can impose pecularities on their logical repre-sentation. Based on physical structure a file management subsystem defines a logical structure for interaction with a user di-rectly. Validation of such structures is one of the main tasks in OS testing process. This article describes the difference b e-tween the definitions “data set” of z/OS and “file” of UNIX -like OS. Structure and internal organization of one of the z/OS partitioned data sets – PDSE (Partitioned Data Set Extended) are described. The main PDSE data sets testing issues are iden-tified in the article. Current verifying commands and internal utilities of the z/OS OS are described. The paper shows the analysis of current verifying facilities and main automated testing problems of the PDSE. Function purposes of the existent test cases scenarios and current approaches are analyzed and assumptions about creating automation testing tools to reduce the complexity and increase testing efficiency are made.

The article describes the problem of predicting in research and development (R and D) of Russia. The scope of research and development is a set of organizations and institutions which perform basic and applied research, experimental development and pilot production. As a result there is new knowledge, models of equipment and technologies, scientific dis-coveries. Intensification of production and use of new scientific and technological results has determined the drastic reduction of the innovation cycle and acceleration of products and technologies renovation pace. Current world economic situation re-quires advanced development of individual specific areas of scientific research and technological development ("clean" ener-gy, new technologies, nano-technologies, their application in agriculture, etc.). Many of them do not have a good start. All this triggers the appearance of short time series, and any forecast is based on an indicators dynamics analysis for the previous period. Practice shows that in such circumstances the use of statistical methods becomes difficult. Therefore, to create quali-tative predictions of new indicators, such as nano-technology, the authors propose to use hybrid neuro-regression systems for the best results. This article describes a distributed system for prediction of development indicators in research and development based on a comprehensive econometric model in the form of multiple regression equations. There are experimental results of short-term forecasting obtained using multiple regression.

This article deals with an automatic functional programs synthesis problem. We consider the way to apply case-based reasoning approach to program synthesis. In order to use such framework for our problem we have to consider several subproblems: definition of a "similarity" relation over program specifications space, search of the most suitable known program for a given specification and adaptation of a chosen program to new specification. We will consider adaptation method only in this article and leave other subproblems for further work. We can consider the problem of adaptation as a problem of program correction: we have to modify given (chosen in search procedure) program, so that it will satisfy a given specification. There is a method for functional logic program correction, which have a form of conditional term-rewriting systems. So, our idea is to translate a functional program to term-rewriting system and then apply the correction method to it. In this article we will consider procedures of such translation and adaptation of the correction method for our task.

25. Construction and research of e-learning subject ontology [№3 за 2014 год]
Author: Balashova I.Yu.

The article considers the problem of integrating and analyzing knowledge in e-learning. This problem is caused by uncertain terminology, the lack of an unambiguous interpretation and reasonable domain knowledge classification. The author proposes a solution for the problem of constructing a unified domain-based knowledge model. Exploring different solutions in ontological investigation of e-learning has shown that considered ontologies involve conceptual locality and lo-cality in using. Their fragmentary nature does not allow forming the basis of a single model of knowledge. Thus, the author shows the need to develop a domain-specific ontology that fix common for e-learning domain knowledge. This will allow providing logical consistency between separate ontologies when combining. As a result of an ontological analysis, the key e-learning ontology classes are highlighted. They establish a common vocabulary of terms to represent domain knowledge. The paper constructs and proves a taxonomy of ontology classes which represents terms hierarchy on the investment relation. The structure of classes is investigated with links to standards. There is an analysis of classes’ instances. The article indicates perspective ways of development for key classes’ instances of ontology. It also determines the set of interclass relations (object properties) which define semantic domain structure. The author suggests the ways of domain ontology practical applica-tion. The directions for further research are formulated.

26. Design of the sharepoint-based problem-oriented application interfaces for the URAN supercomputer [№3 за 2014 год]

The paper proposes an approach to create various problem-oriented Web interfaces for the URAN supercom-puter using Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems. These Web interfaces are based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 using two external extension modules from the “iLove SharePoint” bundle: Power Web-part and Advanced Workflow Ac-tions. These extensions provide the necessary functionality to run the Windows PowerShell scripts within SharePoint. The SSH.NET library provides the facilities to run the necessary PowerShell cmdlets to interact the systems. Also, this paper pro-vides an example of imitating the MATLAB user interface using the SharePoint Web-parts. This is achieved by implement-ing a Power Web-part that contains the PowerShell script which uses the SharePoint object model to generate the necessary user interface elements. The script performs user input and output processing, invocation of the SLURM resource manage-ment system, producing and transferring of the MATLAB commands. It is recommended to use InfoPath forms and docu-ment libraries to solve complex problems. It is possible to connect the SharePoint worker processes that create computational tasks to SLURM using Advanced Workflow Actions for SharePoint Designer 2010. The interaction between the URAN clus-ter's head node and SharePoint is carried out under the SSH protocol using SSH.NET library. The article also considers some security issues of the proposed solution.

The paper describes the solution for the problem of organization and control of cooperation between different services providers and consumers in a solid information space by creating Intermediary Service Provider. It offers a condition management method (contingency management) in a multi-actor integrated information environment as a key control method. The paper describes a problem of controlling an Intermediary Service Provider in service sector and outlines its perfor-mance indicators. Two algorithms to solve described task are proposed. They allow providing expected cooperated behavior of services providers and consumers in a solid information environment with relative independence in decision making. As an example of successful applying of Intermediary Service Provider in tourism, the paper describes software which is de-signed and developed using described approach and algorithms. Implementation of such approach in the problem-oriented software platform form can become a useful tool for specific services providers and consumers who cooperate in solid infor-mation environment. It allows to unlock the potential of information and communication technologies to improve service level.

Author: Borovsky A.S.
Visitors: 12447
The article discusses the structure of the software complex for engineering and technical security assessment of an object. Facilities for engineering and technical security (FETS) are an essential component in the design of physical pr o-tection systems (PPS). It affects the security of the whole object. PPS design process has uncertainties that are generally a s-sociated with the incompleteness of a priori knowledge about the problem. Therefore a developed CAD system should in-clude intellectual component based on the fuzzy sets theory. The article discusses a software system structure for engineerin g and technical security assessment of an object, an algorithm of decision making support for an object security assessment and a conceptual model of the prototype object security analysis system. The paper describes in details software modules of a prototype: a module to assess structural protection of the object critical elements (CE); a module to assess a required level of the object CE protection; a quality score module for engineering and technical security of the object; a module to determine a required level of protection for the object CE; a module to determine the level of FETS of the object CE.

This paper discusses the development of a software simulator to predict the optimum drying conditions of a bed of cocoa beans in a convective dryer. To achieve this, a suitable mathematical drying model based on the Luikov’s model of heat and mass transfer in a capillary porous medium, were derived, to define the drying behavior of the bed. A heat source term was introduce in the energy equation due to the enzymatic browning reaction in cocoa beans during drying. The result-ing coupled heat and mass transfer equations were discretized using the finite difference method based on the notation of control volume. An algorithm was created to implement this solution into a computer program using a complex of Rapid a p-plication development tools which include Visual Studio, CodeFluent Entities and MATLAB. The algorithm was implemen t-ed in MATLAB 7.12 and was later exported through COM into Visual Basic .NET code for further development of the simu-lator in Visual Studio 2010. A logical model of the database was developed using the Graphical Modeler in CodeFluent Entities and later exported into a physical MS SQL Server database. The simulator will serve as a powerful decision making tool, that will be useful for engineers or operators to develop optimum drying conditions to improve the quality of cocoa beans and the final cocoa products.

30. Simulation systems comparative analysis for information processing research in a globally distributed automated information systems [№3 за 2014 год]
Author: Bondarenko A.A.
Visitors: 21325
This article examines the problem of simulation system choice for globally distributed automated information systems (AIS) research. A special type of AIS, the so called globally distributed ones, has emerged in recent years. Such sys-tems differ from their predecessors thanks to having a central database and a complicated structure of hundreds local databas e management systems (DBMS) distributed over a significant area. The author describes the key features of the discussed sys-tems and insists on the necessity of studying information processing technologies progressing in them. The choice of the simulation method for such cases of analysis is well-grounded. The article also analyzes popular and reasonable software packages related to simulation: Simulink, GPSS World, Extend and Arena; and gives generalized descriptions of every soft-ware product. The author considers the thesis of non-obviousness while discussing the choice of software products and offers to evaluate their quality presented as a set of system properties essential for solving the occurred problem. To construct th e hierarchy of features the author uses the classification of software products possibilities given in "Simulation" by David Kelton. Indicator value summation for local or integral tree groups is used as an aggregating mechanism. At the same time quality weights of various systems are compared. It helps to choose the most optimum (with higher quality weight) system. As a result of the study, the author suggests using Simulink simulation system for analyzing globally distributed automated information systems.
