The article considers project management information systems that have gained the greatest distribution in the Russian market of similar systems. The comparative analysis of systems to identificate the opportunities of their effective us-ing for project management in the field of Nanoindustry arecarried out. The Nanoindustry projects features defining achoice of project management information systems characteristics aredescribed. The article shows that because of similar projects complexity for management the software solutions with developed functions of planning, monitoring, control and decision-making support can be recommended. Complex structural interrelations existence in Nanoindustry leads to the fact thatmany administrative tasks can be included in multi project management that demands software for project portfolio management. Essential heterogeneity of projects participants influences a choice of data access technologies. Therefore the web-access, cloudy opportunities and mobile devices software access issubstantially demanded in the considered sphere.

The article describes software for modeling the processes ofdissolution and water absorption at the micro level using high-performance computing. A simulation model of water absorption and dissolution of solids based on probabilistic cellular automata was proposed, software implementation of the calculation algorithm using parallel computing was dis-cussed. The model is based on the probabilistic cellular automata. This paper describes the operating principle of cellular au-tomata, the possible states of the cells and rules of transitions from one state to another, the assumptions of the model. The model allows carrying out numerical experiments for the bodies with multi-component composition and complex geometry (solids, coated or irregular body shape). The mathematical model can be used for pre-generated structures and also generate a structure of solids immediately prior to settlement. After numerical experiments the dissolution process of solid polymer nanocomposite was modeled in one week interval. The simulation results were compared with the experimental data on the example of water absorption and dissolution of polymer nanocomposites, containing "soft" and "hard" inclusions. The ade-quacy of developed model for dissolution and water absorption was proved.

The paper describes the development of decision support systems (DSS) that are invariant with respect to the domain area. A unified approach to the DSS is provided. It includes the following principles: no developers’ subjectivity, the domain area invariance, decision support methods multiplicity, decision maker subjectivity and usability. DSS architecture, that implements these principles, based on the frame approach. The framework is responsible for the mechanism of describ-ing domain model criteria and parameters, allows the user to choose their decision support methods and organizes the infor-mation exchange between them, provides storaging, displaying and editing the alternatives attributes, provides access control. The entire set of variable DSS behavior stands out in the modules that are connected via extension points. The article pro-vides some guidelines of DSS quality design. It also proposes the characteristics for quality evaluation including the decision support method properties and software implementation properties of the method. The proposed methodological framework is successfully used to design the DSS COSMOS which is usedin the ranking of applications for scientific and applied re-search on the International Space Station Russian segment.

The article considers the decision-making problem for potentially dangerous objects physical protection sys-tem structure. It defines the stage of a problem using experts’ knowledge – conceptual designing, that includes object security analysis, practical recommendations for physical protection system creation, options of engineering security facilities struc-ture. The problem of physical protection system synthesis is formulated. There are examples of various problem decision methods, the problem of objects security performance evaluation by engineering security facilities. The problem includes ex-perts knowledge discrepancy and ambiguity in data finding for object security analysis. The purpose of the article is working out models and methods for objects security analysis. The method based on representation the object to be protected in graph form. The general properties of object’s graph are considered. There is a description of a structural protection degree. The degree allows indicating efficiency level for security facilities located on the intruder path, when there is an attempt of infil-tration on object and moving on object’s territory for thecriminal purpose. The authors analyze a chance for an intruder to reach one of object’s critical elements without detectingby security facilities and without stopping by physicalbarriers. The structural defense degree shows a chance of intruder detection and stopping on the most vulnerable path to a critical element. The paper estimates the possibility of using Dijkstra's algorithm to search the least protected path, and develops themodified algorithm for structural dsecurity degree searching. The methods of expert information processing in fuzzy numbers form are described. The example of searching structural protectiondegree using the program is shown.

The ensembles of trees, especially random forest have proved themselves to produce accurate predictions for solving regression and classification tasks. Perhaps unjustified, the main criticism of this approach is that these methods act as black boxes and do not provide additional information on the objects that are not participating in the training set. This paper considers a multi-class classification and shows that the homogeneity analysis used mainly in psychometrics can be used to provide effective visualization of the ensemble of trees, including visualization of the new observations that were not included in the training set. Observations and rules (nodes) of the ensemble of trees are placed in a bipartite graph connecting each observation with all the rules (nodes) that satisfies it. The location of the graph in this case is chosen according to minimizing the sum of edges lengths squares with certain limitations.

The paper discusses topical issues of modern information searchsystem development. These systems are the main search tool that can be used to search in the Internet. In addition, there is a stable trend to intellectualization of infor-mation search systems and search personalization. These searchengines are oriented to eliminate major disadvantages ofthe traditional context keyword search. We propose to use the artificial intelligence methods and, in particular, multi-agent ap-proach, methods and tools of plausible case-based reasoning for personalization and intellectualization of searching. A sim-plified structure of the Internet search engine and the main tasks of such engines are considered. We propose an architecture based on intelligent agents, providing the opportunityto Internet resources case-based search. The components of the pro-posed information search system architecture and main modules software implementation in MS Visual Studio 2010 using FIPA (Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents) standard and ASP.NET technology under MS Windows operating system are considered in detail.

The paper presents an approach to decision making under conditions of uncertainty, based on the application of fuzzy sets theory methods. This approach is applied for decision making problems, which are formally presented in terms of the game theory (statistical games). The task must be represented in the form of decision matrix, indicating the set of all pos-sible alternatives, the set of possible states of the system, the values of performance indicators, as well as the states probabil-ity distribution. This approach is an alternative to thewell-known decision criteria used in statistical games problems, such as Bayesian criterion, the probability maximization, dispersion minimum, modal criteria, etc. The distinctive feature of this ap-proach is that the expert doesn’t need the exact numerical values as the efficiency values, but he can specify some verbal de-scriptions in the form of sentences. This is achieved by using fuzzy sets with their membership functions as the assessment of functionality. Using methods of the fuzzy sets theory allows simplifying the expert evaluation process and increasing the de-cision making quality.

40. Program to solve the optimal ball reorientation problem [№3 за 2013 год]

The article considers the optimal problem of a rolling ball on a plane with twisting but without slipping. It is a modification of a classical model problem from geometric mechanics, when it is required to optimally transfer the ballfrom a given initial state to a terminal one without twistingor slipping. Nowadays both problems are open and even in the non-twisting case the optimal trajectories in the reorientation sub-problem are unknown (when it is required to transfer the ball to the initial point with a new orientation). But if twisting is allowed, the problem becomes significantly simplier. The paper considers the program interface for optimal reorientation in the twisting case. Using some necessary optimality conditions obtained in [10] we construct a solution algorithm, whichwas realized as a program interface in Wolfram Mathematica. The algorithm considered in this paper can be used for motion planing of a spherical robot.
