Self-adaptive biology-inspired algorithms for the travelling salesman problem are introduced. Self-adaptation is organized through the settings and/or parameters stochasticchoice based on probability distributions of these operators ac-tivation (parameters use) during an algorithm execution. Probability distributions are modified on each algorithm’s step ac-cordingly to the operators (parameters) use success that is defined through the fitness value of solutions built with these oper-ators (parameters). Effectiveness of proposed algorithms is compared with known bio-inspired algorithms, namely with con-ventional genetic algorithm, ant colony optimization algorithm and intelligent water drops algorithm as well as with local search (Lean–Kernighan heuristic). The usefulness of the proposed approach is demonstrated on problems with high dimen-sion.

The inventive task is represented in the form of the conceptual scheme of system tasks universal solver. The system task types are defined together with solution methods of these tasks on the computer. In the context of sistemology, system conceptual design is represented as lifting process on epistemological hierarchy of systems. At the fist stageof con-ceptual design the generating system representing a task for the system to execute is defined. At the second stage the struc-tured system meeting four certain requirements is defined. Example of this approach realization is creating the synthesis method of heuristic inventive receptions based on sistemology.

Visitors: 10208
The paper describes software to recover probability density of stochastic membership function, allowing sup-plementing fuzzy analysis with stochastic calculations. This improves the assessment accuracy of various complex situations caused by dangerous or undesirable socio-economic, naturaland man-made processes. These processes development usually depends on many random factors. The developed software requires about 2,2 MB of memory and performs computations in a short time. The resulting probability density can be used in various probabilistic calculations, for example, to analyze the ava-lanche or sill risk and to provide operational safety in the understudied mountain regions. The examples of estimating the probabilities densities parameters with small samples are given.

The stage of highly skilled flight scheduling is the ground for space flight control successful tasks fulfillment. There are only three most important documents among others on this stage: on-orbit operation summary, weekly lookahead plan, short-term plan. Mentioned plans are different in planning interval and data level accuracy. The major structure of every plan type is the flight operation. The operator ought to analyze a large amount of information to find a suitable location for flight operation in interval under consideration. The multiple criteria automation of this process could release ascheduler to solve other tasks. The first criterion is using crew spare time, a crew is one of the major resources on the orbit complex. The second criterion is an evaluation of crew general level of competence for performance of all scheduling activities. The third criterion is ranking the most urgency and important flight operations in the plan to accomplish them in the first place. Math-ematical representation of mentioned criterions and scheduling restrictions is done. A mathematical interpretation of calculat-ing sequencing for variable priority of activity is designed. Thus, the next stage is the elaboration of genetic algorithm based on the suggested mathematical formulation for multiple criteria problem of crew activity optimization.

18. Mathematical formulation of one-criterion optimization problem of crew actions scheduling on Russian segment of the International space station [№3 за 2013 год]

The flight scheduling process is briefly described in the article. It is one of the most important stages of space flight control task solution. Three stages of flight scheduling are given: strategic, tactical and executive. The executive sched-uling is divided into three phases: long-term, short-term anddetailed. The result of each scheduling phase is presented by special plan type: on-orbit operation summary, weekly lookahead plan, short-term plan. The difference of these plan types is in planning interval and data processing depth. The sequence of operator basic actions at placing every next activity into a plan is given. The formal provision of information to create a short-term plan is proposed to take from the following factors: list of planning activities, list of astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS) board, resource data. Themathematical modeling of all required data and restrictions is made. A crew downtime minimization is the selected optimization criterion. Two approaches are used to set up an experiment: the directsearch method and the branch and bound method. An analysis of the algorithms results is made. The conclusions about optimization criterion selection accuracy and ramification rules accord-ing to the branch and bound method are formulated. The future tasks regarding crew activities scheduling process optimiza-tion are defined.

In our previous work we considered the analysis of homogeneity and believe that it has great potential for ef-fective visualization of ensemble of trees and similar machine learning algorithms. However, there are at least two drawbacks to this approach: the computational problems may arise if the number of training observations is very large and, more im-portantly, the accuracy of prediction in two-dimensional embeddings often much worse than in the original ensemble oftrees algorithms, this means that significant information is lostin low-dimensional embeddings. We present a simple extension analysis of homogeneity called sectioning, which often solves the above mentioned prob-lems in the case of multi-class ranking and can lead to a significant improvement in prediction accuracy.

One of the CAM networks key tendencies of is integration of controlling system technologies. In order to maintain the high quality of control it is necessary to guarantee the joint action of all the CAM subsystems, as well as to en-sure the uninterruptable information interchange together with assistance of the differentiated service of various data flows. QoS (Quality of Service) technologies allow solving this problem adjusting the policy of maintenance of the networking equipment traffic as well as front-end computers’ parameters. The network simulation data conducted using some mathemat-ical tool can become the basis for the selection of theadjustments. As a tool the article suggests using an extension construct-ed on the basis of colored, fuzzy, timed, hierarchical and priority Petri networks. The article provides a formal description of the developed mathematical tool of the modified fuzzy Petri networks. It shows the advantages when modeling network de-vices. According to the modified fuzzy Petri Nets tool the following two methods have been developed: constructing network devices and their elements; composition of the network devices. The network model received with the help of the developed methods can be used for such characteristics of traffic as delay, jitter, transmission speed as well as detecting some problem areas in the network. There are results of modeling various queues of routers, andthe influence of a TCP/IP transmit window on the parame-ters of transfer traffic.
