31. Software determination of the degree of transient processes attenuation with simulink-models [№1 за 2013 год]

When comparing and analyzing transients in control systems the quality of transients is mostly used. Main indicators are a dynamic error, an integral quality, a degree of attenuation and other. Only first two of all are calculated exactly, but a degree of attenuation depends of the attenuation process’s shape. When we analyze and compare many shapes the automation of quality parameters calculating is needs. Some methods to automate the process of quality parameters calculating with simulink-models are described in the article. The first is useful when the transition process is faded or aperiodic (then the attenuation will be equal to one). Second method is useful in any case including not-faded transition processes. Third method can be used in any case too. Images shows the calculated values illustrates all the methods. Fragments of M-files with graphics of transition process are dumped.

32. Program complex to predict of the solubility in supercritical fluids [№1 за 2013 год]

The article describes the program complex to predict of the solubility in supercritical fluids. Data analysis in chemistry and technology of supercritical fluids is allowed by program complex. To predict the solubility the methodology QSPR and molecular dynamics were used. For the first time ever in QSPR-model were included temperature and pressure of supercritical fluids. The program complex database stores information about solubility of five hundred chemical compounds in supercritical carbon dioxide (over twenty thousand data points). It is available to search compounds by CAS number and determine the spatial structure. The program complex can be a working tool for scientists working in the field of supercritical fluids.

33. Spatial processing of unsynchronized video sequences based on rectification frames [№1 за 2013 год]

The article presents the process of non-synchronized video sequences correction in stereo vision tasks used to build an accurate stereo pairs for the analysis of data from aerial photographs and satellite images. The problem of stereo-video sequences composition based on non-synchronized video sequences obtained from two uncalibrated video cameras is investigated. We propose the spatio-temporal correction algorithm of stereo-video sequences where temporal processing of video sequences scenes consists of the two-step procedure of motion estimation: an initial motion estimation by comparing blocks and an amended estimate based on invariant moments of Hu and Zernike. The steps of processing stereo pair are presented. The invariant to scale and rotation basic methods of image feature detection and matching are described. The fundamental matrix estimation algorithms based on epipolar geometry and image rectification algorithms representing the transfer of two image planes in a single plane are reviewed. The algorithms of disparity maps construct are described. The article presents the spatial processing scenes of video sequences. The matching algorithm of non-synchronized video frames based on improved selection of feature matching points and robust estimate of the fundamental matrix is introduced. In order to check the obtained algorithm the Middlebury stereo datasets are used. The author developed the software in the language of C++ using the OpenCV library to estimate the algorithms. The experimental results show the comparison of the disparity map accuracy of key points detection algorithms and features estimation of the fundamental matrix. The proposed algorithm outperforms other algorithms by 3–4 % on the accuracy of a disparity map.

34. Prototype of the diagnostic decision support system on the basis of integration bayesian belief networks and the Dempster–Shafer method [№1 за 2013 год]

Possibilities of the application and program implementation of formal means integrating capabilities of expanded Bayesian belief networks and Dempster–Shafer’s method are considered. This means are oriented towards using in intelligent decision support systems for the help to experts at diagnostics of difficult problem situations. Unlike traditional Bayesian belief networks, the application of perspective multilevel (difficult-structured) networks, more convenient for complex problem research and representing expert data, is offered. Integration allows to use at diagnostics both expert data, and numerical (probabilistic) data obtained in the result of measurements. Joining Bayesian belief networks and Dempstera–Shafer's method allows to estimate ratios between possible outcomes (situations) and to specify their probabilities. The offered approach is implemented in the prototype of the intelligent decision support system for diagnostics of difficult diseases of vision.

The results of software automation reliability analysis of information management systems are present here. For the first time, universal interactive integrative approach, combining the benefits of the most effective methods of analysis of information management systems is presented. This approach is based on a modification of the progressive logic-probabilistic analysis of the reliability of information management systems by the method of constructing the functional integrity scheme, which allows to build models using non-monotonic bridge elements. Automation tool of the analysis of the reliability of information management systems developed by the authors allows us to construct a model of complex information management systems, such as satellite communication system, a distributed control system and is a good native alternative to the existing software.

36. The system of relay programming control seeking for dynamic objects [№1 за 2013 год]

In the papera method of terminal control problem for dynamic systems with relay actuator solving is considered. Today, there is no general approach to solve the nonlinear dynamic systems control problem. Moreover, the specific type of control function and the fact that it is non-differentiable causes impossibility of using the classic techniques. The proposed approach is based on the reduction of terminal control problem to the extreme problem on the spaces of real variables and integers. For the reduced problem the modified hybrid evolutionary strategies algorithm has been designed. The new problem definition and the proposed algorithm were the basis for the designing general system of programming control for nonlinear dynamic systems seeking in the form of ideal or multilevel relay. The approbation of the investigated technique for satellite on the geostationary orbit control problem is considered.

37. Automatic means of operating system of communications-electronics equipment current maintenance [№1 за 2013 год]

Communications-electronics equipment recovery (CEE) in the case of its failure implies solving of the following problems: 1) fault isolation (inoperative elements search); 2) replacement of inoperative elements with workable; 3) post-repair technical control of CEE. The solution of the first and the third problem is realized by the system of technical diagnosis, the second – the system of current maintenance. Due to standardization and building block concept, replace time of found inoperative standard elements (SER), as distinct from their search, almost does not depend on qualification of specialists and action making while replacing SER, cracked down by operating instructions. However, experience of operating a complex CEE shows that failure of one SER can be the reason of the other elements failures in the chain, and their random replacement can lead to «lay-up» of known good elements. In this regard, in the process of current maintenance of product, the task of recognition (determination) of failure mode in order to work-out the replacement procedure of inoperative SER. Existing classification of equipment failures is analyzed in the paper. Since this classification does not fully take into account the variety of failure signs, its expansion is suggested. Considering the proposed classification, the method of recognition of failure mode is developed. Based on this method, an identification model of communications-electronics equipment is designed, it allows to formally describe the failure mode recognition process and sequence replacing of inoperative elements while current maintenance. Based on formalized description, the automation of operating system of equipment current maintenance is possible.

38. Automatic means of operating system of communications-electronics equipment technical diagnosis [№1 за 2013 год]

The promptitude of communications-electronics equipment recovery (CEE) in the case of its failure depends on efficiency of technical diagnosis system (TDS) functioning, the main task of it is searching of the place and the reason of failure (fault isolation). Complicated CEE operational experience shows that existing TDS does not provide requested time for fault isolation. One of the reasons for this is the lack of operating staff qualification. Considering that training of specialists in technical maintenance almost does not upgrade and can even worsen due to military education reforming, another problem solving approach is needed. An obvious way to improve TDS is to create an automated technical diagnosis control system. And it requires to formalize the process of communications-electronics equipment fault isolation. In this article, based on the analysis of fault isolation process of analog and digital communications-electronics equipment, conceptual provisions defining the fault isolation principle are received. Considering these provisions, structural-functional model that allows to describe the CEE fault isolation process officially is developed. Based on the formal description, the automation of the technical diagnosis of the equipment system is possible.

39. Automated technology conformance evaluation of the text’s [№1 за 2013 год]

Considered matching the content of information sources in natural language. Developed a comparison technology based on formalization of texts in the form of probabilistic models, the amount of information is estimated by entropy, and a measure of similarity is the amount of mutual information. Described the technology of text formalization by decomposition of the text in random semantic components, which reflect the probability of semantic nuances of information sources. Identifying closeness of texts semantic content based on the compliance of the morphological and syntactic language objects and their semantic roles. Compared texts are requested to be provided in the form of formal systems of similar morphological and/or syntactic objects, which is associated with a certain semantic role. Semantic proximity of texts may be assessed by proximity of introduced systems of semantic components. Representation of the text in the form of a formal system allows the use of statistical tools for quantitative assessment of their proximity. Proper representation of the text in the form of morphological and syntactic systems can be performed using automated systems analysis and parsing texts in which formalized the existing rules of the language. Provided the examples of implementation this technology and evaluation its adequacy.

40. Functional comparison of complex information security systems [№1 за 2013 год]

In our study we define the problem of determining the performance of security systems using index of the first and the second kind errors. To define these criteria, we are given the system value function – a function for which system strives and for which performing this system was created. Real systems have the infinite set of input parameters, so we can not determine them only by defining characteristics of set required. Through the adding new characteristics, we can approximate system designed to system required. It is expedient to introduce into security systems two system value functions: one of them would define the system behavior and another one – the system efficiency function. Using these two functions, we can introduce index of the first and the second kind critical errors. There was given an algorithm of security system design using these characteristics on an example of a Web-security management system. According to this algorithm, the input parameter set of security system at first expands to reduce errors of the first kind and then narrows through the introducing characteristics to reduce errors of the second kind. Additionally, some existing complex Web-security management systems have been compared to each other: German product PHP-IDS and Russian series of programs ReflexionWeb.
