A number of mathematical models is developed for calculation of a wide set of laser-radar and alarm characteristics of objects. The models are included in a modeling complex and function with databases of objects, coats, backgrounds, physical accompanying objects flight phenomena and atmosphere characteristics. On a basis of mathematical models on the computer by authors for a number of years are developed the information calculations systems, adaptive to a wide range of the problems related to designing laser radar systems.

Aim of this work was to develop software package for analysis of genomic profiles of positional weight matrices. By genomic profile author means a histogram, that is build for density of binding sites distribution found with this matrix. Software allows to build genomic profiles for different matrices and search cutoffs. It was found experimentally that matrix profile is independent on given cutoffs.

The technique of the computer analysis for distance between pearlite colonies calculation in the pearlitic steel eutectoid colonies is offered, allowing to automate process of processing of microstructures. Formulas for a quantitative estimation of the microstructures, using integrated dependences for various intervals of change of distance between pearlite colonies are offered.

45. Automatic extraction of regular grids from rectified facade image [№4 за 2010 год]

We present a novel algorithm for automatic extraction of a set of non-overlapping grids of similar facade parts from single rectified image. The most frequent possible grid cells sizes and grid cells centers are estimated by detecting and analyzing similar rectangles in input image. Greedy iterative algorithm sequentially chooses grids with maximum quality measure that incorporates empirical observations about similarities and symmetries. Comparison hows that the proposed algorithm outperforms two other state-of-the-art methods and can handle occlusions.

We introduce the original software tools for building and analysis of the stratified system of structural complexity and similarity models. The models are based on the characterization of placement of fragments in a system topology. The software tools are implemented as a subsystem of the integrated research environment «Graph Model Workshop» and are used in studies of equality and tolerance relations of various graph models of systems.
