Abstract: Design of the user interface is more, than distribution on the screen of controlling units of the program. The cognitive psychology explains how the person reads, thinks and remembers. It helps to design user interfaces in such a way that the software would work according to psychological opportunities and re-strictions of those people for which it is intended. In article describes the development technique of adaptive interfaces of application programs based on the professional quality assessment, psychophysiological features and an emotional status of users. Method using of artificial intelligence at software design allows considering features of the user au-dience. There are the characteristics based on which for users the adaptive interface will be selected. There are three groups of characteristics. The first group is the professional qualities during the work with the computer equipment, the second included psychophysiological features the third emotional statuses of the user. Each of characteristics has a three-point scale: the high, low and average level depending on the got points. The developed automated system, allows creating groups based on the user assessment, the adapted prototype of the application program interface is for each of which. For selection of an optimum proto-type of the interface in the application we use the indistinct expert system (ES) based on the produc-tional model of the knowledge representation. There is the example of the interface selection for the staff work of tax administration implementing data processing of individual and legal entities. There is a receiving two templates of the interface for experienced and not experienced users. As a result, users with different level of training and opportuni-ties can carry out more comfortably the professional activity, during the work with the application pro-gram.

Abstract: The widespread adoption of digital technologies gives rise to an increasing flow of structured and un-structured information coming from a large number of different, including disparate and loosely cou-pled sources of information in all spheres of human activity. Particularly acute is the question of streamlining, purposeful structuring of information and data for their subsequent using in the simula-tion of complex technical processes. The article analyzes the approaches to simplify the processes for input and editing a significant ar-ray of initial data which necessary for the development of complex simulation. The direct work with text and table format files involves frequent changes in the structure of the model parameters with min-imal or no analytical checks of the input parameters based on the already entered data. Working with a file that stores the original parameters through the developed structure of the intermediate data repre-sentation allows performing of necessary access to the data stored in the file, but at the same time, it is time-consuming and impractical. The most successful and versatile decision is to work with a file that stores the original settings through an intermediate database according to the authors opinion. The database can act as an interme-diate link in the filling and editing of files with the initial parameters of the model and most of the source data for modeling with this approach.The priority for using in this case are non-relational high-performance NoSQL databases that providing a horizontal scalability. In this paper, the authors noted that a database can act as an intermediate link in filling out and editing files with the initial parameters of the model, and it can be a source of initial data during simulation.

3. Using self-learning optimization algorithms to manage dynamically changing systems [№1 за 2020 год]
Authors: V.A. Kostenko (kostmsu@gmail.com) - Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) (Associate Professor), Ph.D;
Abstract: The paper proposes an approach to the management of dynamically changing systems. Such systems has a response that during the system operation their state may: the list of the equipment, the load of the system and the functions performed by the system. It is required to choose the values of control pa-rameters depending on the system state in such a way as to provide the required values of the charac-teristics of the system. To solve this problem, the authors plan to use optimization algorithms with self-learning: direction-al random search algorithms with self-learning and ant algorithms. These algorithms, operating by trial and error method, allow you to tune in to the current state of the system. The introducing into the algo-rithms the memory of successes and failures on the previous steps helps to achieve it. The main idea of using self-learning algorithms to control the system is that we will consider the control problem as an unconditional optimization problem. The elements of the vector of optimized variables are the control parameters of the system. The authors consider the algorithm steps as possible actions of system control (operations of changing control parameter values). The objective function can be set in one of two ways: by the calculation of the total mean probable characteristics error of the system from the required ones. The weights help take into account the characteristics importance by summing deviations; the researching of the maximum characteristics deviation of the system operation from the required ones. The proposed management approach allows the unstable environmental behavior, limited managed system information and allows you to take into account the presence of many system characteristics, their values must be maintained within specified limits. If the system elements failure does not lead to the whole system failure, but only worsens the system characteristics values, this approach will mini-mize the characteristics values deviations from the required. A limitation of this approach is the transition process allow ability by changing the system state. In this way, the algorithm will require a number of steps for retraining. Some steps cause disturbance the required system performance.

Authors: N.V. Vanyasin (nikita.vanyasin@gmail.com) - Volga State University of Technology (Postgraduate Student); I.G. Sidorkina (SidorkinaIG@volgatech.net) - Volga State University of Technology (Professor), Ph.D;
Abstract: The paper describes software implementation of an integrated development environment with struc-tured editing support that allows creating and editing software projects using Go programming lan-guage. Structure editors allow editing a source code as a hierarchy of embedded blocks in opposite to text editors, which allow editing a source as a list of characters and lines. The proposed software implementation is different from the known systems by the storage repre-sentation method that allows speeding up the performing operations with a source code. The proposed editor also allows increasing the overall efficiency of a software development process. This implemen-tation solves the problem of circular translation of a source code into an intermediate representation and vice versa, which is common among modern structured editors of a source code. The solution for this problem improves the development environment performance and program-mer’s productivity in several ways. The study lists the basic subsystems and components of the pro-posed information system, their purpose, functions and work principle. The paper describes the user interface and its basic features. One of the main features of the pro-posed implementation is a version control system that allows tracking the differences between source code hierar- chical structures, not the differences between text files. It allows a software developer to get more de-tailed and unambiguous information when browsing a version history as well when performing merge or conflict resolution. The paper presents test results of the integrated development environment performance and the ef-fectiveness of software development using this environment. It also describes the implementation re-sults of the proposed system in the development process of industrial companies and educational organization. Finally, there are some insights on further development of the study.

Authors: O.I. Kutuzov (oleg-kutuzov@mail.ru) - St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" (Professor), Ph.D; Tatarnikova, T.M. (tm-tatarn@yandex.ru) - St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (Associate Professor, Professor), Ph.D;
Abstract: This paper appoints the problem actuality of the holding capacity assessment with dangerous freight. The holding capacity transcendence of such hoarder is connected with the large environmental or fi-nancial loss; accordingly, it is a remote contingency. Legally the drive loading is a service operation of the received application. The machinery of the theory congestion system is for modeling of the received application process. The authors showed that it is necessary to take into account the stream no uniformity of orders in service operation modeling. The input and output stream orders are vary wildly in the extent of incoming and out coming freight from it. In the input stream, the orders come by batches, but the output stream has unicast orders. The authors offer to use the analytico-statistical method of the extreme values and the behavioral model of the sequence in the buffer with the limited capacity for solving the original problem. The analysis of the order losing process in the overcrowded buffer of the terminal capacity by the station-ary system of mass service is reduced to the analysis of the sequence build-up and build-down on the refresh interval. The authors got the expression for the low value calculation of the discard probability in the termi-nal capacity buffer in the form of the analytico-statistical value. The authors offered the acquisition and computing technique of the sampled data. Performing sequential steps it makes possible to estimate the required capacity of the final buffer according to the waste tolerance probability.

Abstract: Corpus data management systems today help to solve a number of urgent problems connected with the computer linguistics. Particularly, this is the source documents processing, automatic morphological markup of them, storage and modification of corpus data with morphological markup, the search in-quiry execution (selecting data), and integration with other applications. In the automatic morphological text markup of the electronic corpus, there is a problem when two or more sets of morphological properties marked out the same word form. It is a morphological ambiguity. The authors developed a module for manual resolution of morphological ambiguity, which can help in solving this problem. This article discusses the architecture of the module for resolving the morpholog-ical ambiguity of the corpus data management system developed for managing the Tatar corpus, and describes the organization of the database based on the transactional approach to data storage. The article proposes in detail the architecture of the rupture modulus of the software morphological ambiguousness of corpus data. It is for the tartaric corpus management. In addition, the author de-scribed the database organization. It relies on the transactional way to the strategy for the data storage. The paper in detail describes the architecture of the module software, which is part of the Tugan Tel corpus data management system. Due to the architecture of the corpus data management system, such modules can quickly integrate into the system and have no effect on the other module operation. The module database organization for the morphological disambiguation described in the paper, al-low going over for solving the other computer linguistic problems, such as automatic morphological disambiguation and improving automatic morphological markup of texts in the electronic corpus.

7. Determination of weight coefficients for additive fitness function of genetic algorithm [№1 за 2020 год]
Authors: Ivanov V.K. (mtivk@mail.ru) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D; D.S. Dumina (dumina97@mail.ru) - Tver State Technical University (Graduate Student); Semenov N.A. (dmitrievtstu@mail.ru) - Tver State Technical University, Ph.D;
Abstract: The paper presents a solution for the problem of choosing a method for analytical determining of weight factors for a genetic algorithm additive fitness function. This algorithm is the basis for an evolu-tionary process, which forms a stable and effective query population in a search engine to obtain high-ly relevant results. The paper gives a formal description of an algorithm fitness function, which is a weighted sum of three heterogeneous criteria. The selected methods for analytical determining of weight factors are described in detail. It is noted that expert assessment methods are impossible to use. The authors present a research methodology us-ing the experimental results from earlier in the discussed project “Data Warehouse Support on the Base Intellectual Web Crawler and Evolutionary Model for Target Information Selection”. There is a de-scription of an initial dataset with data ranges for calculating weights. The calculation order is illustrat-ed by examples. The research results in graphical form demonstrate the fitness function behavior dur-ing the genetic algorithm operation using various weighting options. The analysis of the results implies that it is more preferable to calculate fitness function weight fac-tors for this query population then using the results of all population queries. The conclusion is based on the presence of successive improvements in query populations which reflect the correct operation of genetic algorithms, as well as on the obvious detection of local and global maxima in the fitness function during experiments. When using other methods of calculating weighting factors there is no such thing. Thus, a method for determining weight factors for an additive optimality criterion can improve ge-netic algorithm quality to generate effective search queries. In particular, the probability of rapid detection of fitness function local extremes is increased and this local extreme can become the optimal solution the function domain.

8. An anti-spoofing methodology for a limited number of photos [№1 за 2020 год]
Authors: K.D. Rusakov (rusakov.msk@yandex.ru) - V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of RAS (Junior Researcher); A.A. Genov (vlad_osipovv@mail.ru) - Center of Visualization and Satellite Information Technologies SRISA (Professor, Leading Researcher), Ph.D; S.Sh. Abstract: Nowadays, the problem of providing a high security level of mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, through biometric approaches is particularly relevant. The paper proposes an anti-spoofing method for a limited number of images. The authors investigate the detection of spoof attacks using printed photos and screens of mobile devices and monitors. They show the relevance of the research and current unresolved problems. The paper considers the structure of a typical Liveness system consisting of a source (camera), pre-processing of received images, face detection, feature module and a classifier. The study shows that pre-processing of the obtained images is one of the most important parts of the system, since the signs of spoof attacks are difficult to detect due to the extensiveness of augmentations. There is a small review of modern architectures of convolutional neural networks (called encoders in the current architecture terminology). It is also shown that the linear output of convolutional neural networks can be used as an input for LSTM-type recurrent neural networks. It is noted that the best face detection algorithm in the current architecture is MMOD method. The resulting Liveness system architecture is presented as a combined approach consisting of two components: a convolutional neural network receiving embeddings from each frame and a LSTM re-current neural network that uses these insertions on the input and learns to remember sequences of cer-tain frames and their characteristics. The authors present experimental results showing the accuracy indicators of the current develop-ments in this field when computing power requirements are low. This methodology allows determining fake photos by several frames.

Abstract: To complete problems of the Earth remote sensing (ERS), apply panchromatic and multispectral imaging systems for observing visible and near-infrared optical ranges. They have more than half of resolving problems. As hard-ware components go forward and rocket and space equipment improves, an increasing role is to the study of fac-tors determining the quality of the information (images) received. These factors include both technical characteris-tics of optoelectronic devices and image information parameters. There are the main directions of creating a software suite for assessing the factors affecting the quality of re-mote sensing information based on the characteristic analysis of ERS spacecraft optoelectronic devices. These in-clude signal-to-noise ratio (s/n) and the spectral channels informativeness of the spacecraft onboard equipment. The article presents the software suite for assessing the factors that determine the quality of the Earth remote sensing information. The software suite is in the cross-platform framework Qt to develop the software in the C ++ programming language. The software suite implementation contains the appropriate modules, in accordance with the program logic. The calculating module of the s/n ratio of the spacecraft optic-electronic equipment taking into account the param-eters of the optical system and the noise of the electronic path of the spacecraft optic-electronic system determines the s/n ratios in every spectral channel and in the whole equipment. The second software module allows you to calculate the optimal set of spectral channels for display using the Optimum Index Factor (OIF). For users’ convenience, the program has a graphical interface and supports conducting research with the mem-orization in a file.

10. Software complex for the status assessment and the region management efficiency [№1 за 2020 год]
Author: E.I. Bobrova (EBobrova_tstu@mail.ru ) - Tver State Technical University (Senior Lecturer);
Abstract: There is a developed software to assess the status and the region management efficiency. Management efficiency is a topical problem of modern global management. The software package uses the tool "polar indexes" for work. It offers 3 basic calculations: the current state as-sessment of the region as a whole and separately for sub-systems (economic, social, ecological); assessment of re-gion management efficiency, when there are only those indicators whose values can be changed by management decisions; modeling the state change of the region with minimal financial costs. In contrast to the existing software systems, this complex uses the polar indices tool, which allows to take into account not only the "positive" indicators, i.e. directly proportional to the overall index, but also the "negative" ones, which affect the index inversely. The authors repeatedly used this tool in solving the problems of assessing the dynamics, building a rating, evaluating the effectiveness. The testing results by Fisher's axioms confirm the proper use of polar indexes. The software package is an application Microsoft Excel, which has the most user-friendly interface and has the ability to save the obtained and structured results in accdb-file. The app only uses official statistical data on the official website of the Federal service of state statistics, and, in spite of there is a standard set of the estimated parameters, the user can change it manually, putting the focus system and the cost of one unit of the indicator. The simulation results, which are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data, confirm the perfor-mance of the software complex.
